During installation of new refrigerator discovered the water line valve was corroded. I was having an open house the next day. Called for help and got a fast response. The gentleman was at my door even before the delivery men had left. Installed a new valve and hooked up the new refrigerator for me. I did an extensive search and made several calls on a Saturday evening on the 3rd day my garden faucet had been leaking. Search results ranged from unreturned calls, two-week wait time, and very high quotes. Then I came across 24- hr Plumbing, and David said he would come early the next morning. We also agreed about the cost. The following day, David and I examined the extent of the damage, after which I requested for a proactive upgrade of repairs which raised the cost from $70 to $90. At the same time David advised against other requests he did not feel were necessary. David even taught me how to shut off the water supply in case there was an emergency. If I were to have future plumbing needs, I have already added David to my contact list. David also happens to be Asian like me and I am glad to be able to support an Asian- owned business.

I will advise you and those who want to use this plumber NEVER USE HIM AGAIN!
I have a water pipe leak and ask him to repair it a month ago, when we returned from vacation a week ago, I found the pipe leaks again. Again he fixed it. When I found out the connection to my water meter was dripping today, I called him but he didn't want to come and wanted me to call the City Water department. The City came and found he didn't do his job correctly. We called him together, he argued that was not his problem and hung up the phone. When I tried to call him again, he didn't want to pick up. A totally irresponsible guy ! I then asked the City what was wrong. They told me he bought the wrong part.

We had a kitchen sink clog issue. After repairing it myself the clog still remained and the water started leaking from the place I repaired. I called David and he did a great job fixing the clog which was in the drainage system. Neat and pretty fast service fixing the real issue.
