Basement flood took out 2 boilers and hot water tank. Mike and Warren came same day around 10pm for emergency service call. They had a well equipped work truck with tools and supplies needed to get the job done after hours. They didn't waste anytime getting to work, blew some water out of the pilot/burner assembly and reignited 1st boiler. 2nd boiler had shorted out and melted the rubber coating off of a couple low voltage wires. They replaced a burnt sensor along with some wires and had the 2nd boiler up in running in no time. The hot water tank being 13 years old wouldn't turn back on. Mike offered a very fair price to come back to replace it the very next day which happened to be a Sunday. Since I was not able to pull the trigger on the new tank, he agreed to assist for the time being by switching the feed line from the broken hot water tank to the more powerful tank-less on-demand 1st floor unit.

5 stars.. ask for Michael of 24 hr. plumbing and sewer service, he will answer you fast and come through when no other service can. I've used Mike's services before and is prompt and accommodating. He recently installed hot water heater, reasonable priced and helped me manage other plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

I had a leak in a first floor ceiling and called on a weekday in the late afternoon. Within an hour Warren arrived, and I cannot say enough good things about my interaction. Not only was he a pleasure to deal with but he clearly knows his trade extraordinarily well. He isolated the source of the leak (hot water pipes running through the ceiling) and removed/replaced the part that was leaking. Throughout the entire repair he explained to me what he was doing and was more than willing to outline his thought process... and this was after what I'm sure was already a long day on the job. The price estimate he gave before starting the repair was extremely reasonable, which I appreciated very much since due to the acuity of the problem and the time at which I called he could have taken advantage and up-charged.

I had a leaking waterline from the basement out to the spigot on the side of the house. I called Heller and they sent two men over to check it. The one older shorter man was very arrogant and didn't want to listen to what I wanted fixed while the taller younger man understood.
The older man told me all of the shut off valves have to be replaced at $95 each. I told him I was only interested in the main line I wanted fixed. He told me the pipes alone are going to cost you $450.plus $95. for the shutoff valve.
No written estimate as to confirmation as to what needed to be done, just an arrogant this is the starting price and we'll be back tomorrow morning. Being a retired senior citizen and working for the Manhattan District Attorneys Office for the past 36 years I knew what this sounded and smelled like.
I can not give an honest review to their work because I didn't allow them to do anything and just told them thanks but don't come back.

Needed to have a water line installed to my refrigerator for the ice maker. Mike was quick to respond to my request for an estimate. Also did a great job. Price was fair and the work was clean and fast. Would definitely use Mike again if the need arises.

I contacted 24 Hour Plumber and Sewer on a Sunday night, and got someone on the phone immediately. I told them I had a bad pipe leak in my basement, and needed someone the next morning at 9am. No problem they said, and the next morning, Warren E showed up, knew right away what the problem was, he gave me a reasonable estimate, and we planned for him to repair it that evening at 6pm. That evening at 6pm, Warren was there on time and began the repair, he found an additional leak (no additional charge), and within an hour and a half, it was completely repaired. I cannot say enough about the company and Warren. This is the company to call when you have a plumbing problem. They were respectful, understanding, courteous, a sincere and absolute pleasure to work with. Kudos to the person who runs this company. They are doing it right. This is the way to do business. I am a completely satisfied customer. Thank you very much.

Had a drain back-up in my basement at 8 pm. Mike answered the phone promptly and provided a time and quote over the phone. Mike snaked the main and let me know of possible reasons for the issue and possible solutions. Mike arrived within his promised time and charged what he quoted over the phone. Upfront, honest and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again for any future issues.

I usually do not give a full five star rating, but John the technician, who worked on replacing an old tub faucet was fantastic.

I have been told for years by other plumbers, to replace the faucet would require massive plumbing. Now I will admit John was going somewhat in that direction; however, when I explained I did not need to replace the whole shower piping but just needed to be able to adjust the water temperature without having to use a long-nose plier, John agreed to give it try. After a little bit of uncertainty, here and there, John was able to accomplish what we've been wanting for more years than I care to mention.

I also have to give props, as it was late in the afternoon when I contacted Mike about the job and he was able to send John over.

Great job and I will definitely recommend using 24 Hour Plumbing and Sewer Cleaning!!!
