Had a drain back-up in my basement at 8 pm. Mike answered the phone promptly and provided a time and quote over the phone. Mike snaked the main and let me know of possible reasons for the issue and possible solutions. Mike arrived within his promised time and charged what he quoted over the phone. Upfront, honest and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again for any future issues.

I usually do not give a full five star rating, but John the technician, who worked on replacing an old tub faucet was fantastic.

I have been told for years by other plumbers, to replace the faucet would require massive plumbing. Now I will admit John was going somewhat in that direction; however, when I explained I did not need to replace the whole shower piping but just needed to be able to adjust the water temperature without having to use a long-nose plier, John agreed to give it try. After a little bit of uncertainty, here and there, John was able to accomplish what we've been wanting for more years than I care to mention.

I also have to give props, as it was late in the afternoon when I contacted Mike about the job and he was able to send John over.

Great job and I will definitely recommend using 24 Hour Plumbing and Sewer Cleaning!!!

As good as it gets. Mike properly diagnosed a nagging basement flooding issue that kept me up at night after every major rainfall, which two previous plumbers (shall remain nameless) were not able to address. The price was very reasonable too, and he came when he said he was going to. A true pro, and very responsive. Recommend without reservation!

I searched yelp for honest sewer and Mike from 24 hour plumbing and sewer was the one that came up. I am thankful I called Mike. I had a water back up from my washer and water won't stop gushing up. So now every time I have a problem, and even if it's just regular maintenance, Mike is our guy! Honest, caring and truly professional go-to guy as it's best!

I needed a plumber for a backed up kitchen and bathroom sink. I called on Friday (6/7) at 12 pm and actually spoke to a person! He listened to what my problem was and said someone could come in the afternoon between 2:30 and 3:30, and they did. Warren E. was amazing, he cleared a major greaseball that was stuck in my old pipes. Corteous, professional and down to earth guy! I will not hesitate to call this company again! And VERY reasonable!

I had a bathroom sink that would not drain. I thought it was severely clogged up . I've had 2 plumbers come out previously and didn't get the job done. I called 24Hr Plumbing they promptly there the next morning, diagnosed & fixed the problem with ease . They even instructed me on what to do to avoid any more issues. I Definitely recommend them for plumbing needs .

This guy is a crooked plumber, took our money to go to plumbing supply and never came back. Left us in the cold, cost us more fixing the problems he caused in our home. He is under the impression that he is the last plumber in the world and is looking to take advantage of people who truly need a good plumber.

Had a major leak in my dining room from my heating baseboard on a Sunday and to make it worse it was the Super Bowl. Thank God for google I found Mike and he came to the rescue. I couldn't shut off the water to stop the leak and he arrived at my house within 30 minutes. Replaced a copper pipe and did a welding job. Work was great and didn't leave a mess behind. Two (2) hours after he left I found another leak in the basement that was related to the job and called him back that night and agreed to come back the next morning to fix it with no extra charge. Came like promised and replaced the valve that was leaking. Price was a little much but I expected that on Super Bowl Sunday. Highly recommended!!

I had a sewer-line issue about a year ago, and 24 Hour Plumbing and Sewer made the experience about as good as it could have been. It's not just the quality of their work, which was excellent. The real stand-out quality of this firm is their commitment to great communication. Chad was a total champ in responding calmly and professionally to my many questions, and the crew (Danny and Courtney) were likewise easy to talk to and happy to keep me updated on what was going on.

I think they really get that when someone calls them, that person is already under a ton of stress. Why is that is so hard for so many other home repair businesses to grasp???

And did I mention that they are super fast? I will not hesitate to call upon them in the future.
