Pamela L.I would like to give a better review of the work done. However, the assessment was more than 3X of one assessment I received and 4X more than another assessment I received to replace valves for washer/dryer hose. The assessment also cost me $250 (The other place was $50) which would have applied to the job. Plumber also told me some tasks he needed to do as 2 man job, other place did it as one man job. I'm out $250. Get other opinions before you go with this one!

He was on time per his estimate, and had the problem fixed in around 20 minutes, charging me a fair rate, no increased fees for Saturday, and no sales pitches. He also noticed a flow problem and fixed that at no extra charge. He was friendly, honest, and a good technician. Very difficult to find someone this reliable in this field. Richard is a find.
