Bobby answered the call after 5pm and arrived not too long after to repair our emergency leak. I had already tried 4 other large plumbing companies that were either already closed or didn't call back (this was the evening before July 4th so I was worried about how long it would take to schedule). He was efficient, organized and did quality work and was very polite and pleasant. I was very grateful to find a repair person who could come the same evening.
I highly recommend this very service oriented company! We were so relieved and pleased to find him.

Bobby incorrectly diagnosed a shower leak without even looking behind the wall, and charged me $680 (the quoted price was $350) for just caulking the grout which he said was the cause. When the problem returned, he said he would come back out but then became unreachable for the next week, despite 3-4 calls/day. He has taken the money and run. Seems to be a pattern now (see Amber C. and Mike D.'s reviews below). I paid a premium because of his good reviews, but now I'm seeing that he's done the same to other customers. Very disorganized, he often seems disoriented, and ultimately dishonest. Would not recommend.

As seems to be a common theme in these reviews, this guy no showed me. I only wish I had read these reviews before I called him. Not only did he no show me, but he failed to even return 2 of my phone calls before I decided to call someone else. I see there are some good reviews in here too, but it seems like it's about a 50/50 shot. That's pretty ridiculous for a plumber.

Called and spoke with Bobby about trying to get a same day service call since our water heater had gone out a few days ago and our home warranty company was taking forever.

Bobby was very helpful over the phone and even offered some advice on getting the burner lit again. Will definitely use them for plumbing going forward!

If I could give a ZERO I would.
I paid Bobby Key of 24 Hour Key Plumbing $280 to replace a faucet in my back yard because the handle dripped.
That was less then a month ago. My husband and I both have been trying to get him to return our calls because it still drips. When he did finally answer he promised to come out. Big surprise he was a no show.
So thank goodness I used my credit card. I just called them and they a taking the money back from him.

Can't recommend Bobby enough. Tried to do my own repairs to a hot water heater. Turns out I needed a new one. He was very honest and asked questions specific to my problem. He quoted me a price and installed next day. He was on time and got it done quickly. Price I paid was what was quoted. He even removed the new parts I put on the old unit so I can return them! He's my new go to plumber

Called on Thursday night and scheduled for him to come between 11-1 on Friday. As it got close to 1:00, no show. Called and he said he made a mistake with scheduling and came in about 15 minutes. He spent 25 minutes to fix what I thought the leak was. But, before he left, he never verified that this was, in fact, the only leak. There was a major leak just below where he fixed. I couldn't get a hold of him on Sunday. This resulted in me having to call someone else to fix another leak. $350 wasted.

Spoke to Bob at 12 pm. He said he will be to my house in 2 hours. No show, no call. Called 3 hours later, he said he will be there in 45 minutes. 6:30 pm no show or call. So disappointing!!!

Scheduled with us 2 times to fix our plumbing. Backed out at the last minute both times. This was over a weeks period.

He was able to help me within 1.5 hours, faster than 4 other plumbers took to call me back.
