If I could give a ZERO I would.
I paid Bobby Key of 24 Hour Key Plumbing $280 to replace a faucet in my back yard because the handle dripped.
That was less then a month ago. My husband and I both have been trying to get him to return our calls because it still drips. When he did finally answer he promised to come out. Big surprise he was a no show.
So thank goodness I used my credit card. I just called them and they a taking the money back from him.

Can't recommend Bobby enough. Tried to do my own repairs to a hot water heater. Turns out I needed a new one. He was very honest and asked questions specific to my problem. He quoted me a price and installed next day. He was on time and got it done quickly. Price I paid was what was quoted. He even removed the new parts I put on the old unit so I can return them! He's my new go to plumber

Called on Thursday night and scheduled for him to come between 11-1 on Friday. As it got close to 1:00, no show. Called and he said he made a mistake with scheduling and came in about 15 minutes. He spent 25 minutes to fix what I thought the leak was. But, before he left, he never verified that this was, in fact, the only leak. There was a major leak just below where he fixed. I couldn't get a hold of him on Sunday. This resulted in me having to call someone else to fix another leak. $350 wasted.

Spoke to Bob at 12 pm. He said he will be to my house in 2 hours. No show, no call. Called 3 hours later, he said he will be there in 45 minutes. 6:30 pm no show or call. So disappointing!!!

Bobby came out around 12pm on a Saturday for a leak we had. Good price, great knowledge. He had to cut and solder a pipe and still finished all in about an hour. Would definitely recommend.

My pipe burst in our rental house and the entire first floor got flooded. I needed a plumber right away. I first called Legacy Plumber, which I used several times in the past, but was always so put off with their "up-front" pricing. They wanted a $50 charge to come out, then a charge to find the leak at some $50 per quarter hour, then they'll give me an estimate for the repairs. I was looking at $200 already before they even touch anything. Thankfully I found Key Plumbing. He responded quickly and came out promptly when he said he would, which was that day. He located the leak right away & made the repair. His pricing was reasonable and no-nonsense. He was very experience and knowledgeable, which I appreciate and will definitely use again in the future. If you care about his bedside manner- I thought he was super friendly (in a professional way). Overall a great plumber!

I beg you not to call this plumber. He came out on a Saturday to fix a water leak. He did not quote a price upfront (I should have asked for a quote). He was at my house for 2 hours - his charge was $1350 - I asked for an invoice showing a breakdown of labor cost by hour. He told me he doesn't do that - he charges a flat fee depending on the job. Please don't call this plumber. He will cheat you if he can!
