I beg you not to call this plumber. He came out on a Saturday to fix a water leak. He did not quote a price upfront (I should have asked for a quote). He was at my house for 2 hours - his charge was $1350 - I asked for an invoice showing a breakdown of labor cost by hour. He told me he doesn't do that - he charges a flat fee depending on the job. Please don't call this plumber. He will cheat you if he can!

We had a leak at front yard and City of Frisco had disconnected our water. I found Bobby on yelp and he came over at 9 pm and fixed the problem. His price was reasonable and he did a great job. The only reason I am giving 4 star is that I would have expected him to work more clean.

This is by far the worst experience we have ever had with anyone. 24/7 is just that, he told us he would be at our house between 4pm and 6pm and at 630pm I tried calling and no answer. He called back about 20 minutes later saying he is running behind but is on his way and may take about 30 to 45 minutes. We called several more times and no answer. He showed up with another guy at about 845pm. The worst form of communication I have ever dealt with from anyone. He tried to fix our water heaters in which he had told me earliar in the day that he would have parts for and he didn't so after all the back and forth we were still without warm water. He then says he has an appointment in the morning but will be at our house between 11 am and 12pm. Once again we called him after 12 pm asking where he was and he states he was about 20 minutes out and on his way. It took him about an hour and then he gets here and then has to go and get the parts which he claims he had to run to two different places to get after he assessed everything the night before. He then did not show up to our house until around 630pm. It does not take anyone to drive 4 hours in the metroplex. He finished the job and added about another 100 dollars from what he told us would be the cost the night before because of driving time. This was the most unprofessional person and they also dumped their beer in the grass and street. I could smell it the minute I got out of my car. I am disgusted with this company and what they represent and the crap they put us through in our time of need. I am 33 weeks pregnant and have enough stress then to have dealt with an inconsiderate person like him. I suggest everyone does themselves a favor and stay far away from this company. We should have spent the extra money on another company, lesson learned.

Bobby key is a great plumber. We had a main line clog at 2:00 on a Saturday and he was here and had it all fixed by 3:30. Easy to work with. Did a good job and was very reasonably priced. Will use again.

I was exceptionally happy with the client administration showed by these folks. I had a hole in my laundry sink spigot. I had ignored it for quite a while, until a week ago when I saw that the washing machine feed had begun to spill too. I did my best to fix the 35 year old apparatuses over the previous months, tragically this time there was a release that was shooting in the air and on the floor. I called the expert at 24 Hour Key Plumbing. He was extremely useful. He requested me that I send a photo which I did.
His correspondence was great and he reacted immediately. He informed me what he effectively suspected, those would need to be supplanted. I told him that the budget was low and he offered to work with me. In the event that I purchased the apparatuses he would have his folks install them. He me that he couldn't have anybody there for 3 days. But I informed him that I needed to stop the water and that holding up 3 days wasn't and choice. In 30 minutes he got back to me and had somebody turned out that evening. The individual who arrived was extremely proficient and had the repair complete in 90 minutes! What's more, did it for an extremely sensible rate!

Called 24 Hour Key Plumbing morning of 2/1 to make an appointment for afternoon of 2/2 to look at a hot water heater and set a new toilet. Confirmed they would be here between 11 and 1 p.m. on 2/2 and call before arriving. No call and no showed for the appointment. Would not recommend their services to anyone, unless you enjoy being stood up for appointments.

Bobby did a great job. We called at 8pm, he was here in an hour and my kitchen drain was fixed completely half an hour later. Very pleased.

Called him on a Sunday as I have a rental property that then tenants called informing me of a large leak in the yard (no water could make it to the house). Called several plumbers and out of those only 3 said they would come look at it (most plumbers don't work Sundays). Out of those 3...only one actually did go by--- Mr. Bobby Key. He looked at it and said there was no way for him to repair it that evening as he already had a few other repairs lined up. But promised to take care of it the next morning. He came and took care of it as promised at a very reasonable price and am very satisfied with his service!!! Thank you Bobby.
