Called 24 Hour Key Plumbing at 817-894-4257, literarily on my way to the airport when mom called in a panic. Emergency water leak inside my elderly mother's closet required IMMEDIATE attention. The owner, Bobby, ADVISED US TO CALL FIRE DEPARTURE AND HE WAS ON HIS WAY. Bobby Key went straight over to calm my mom and repair a MAJOR WATER LEAK UPSTAIRS! The immediate response saved us THOUSANDS of dollars. This company always seems to go the extra mile for the customer. Price was fair and service was professional. I will ALWAYS call them first! Sunday afternoon issue where the wall was getting wet behind the toilet. Bobby showed up within the hour and had everything fixed within the next hour. Great job and highly recommend.

I came in at about 3:30 pm after a week away. The city had cut my water off because of a bad leak. I called several plumbing companies and none could come out until at least the next day sometime. Some could not come for a week. I called 24 Hour Key Plumbing and talked to Bobby Key. He said he could be at my house in about 40-45 minutes. Mr. Key was friendly, understood my situation, dug up around the leak location and completed the repair in only about 2 hours. It was a little expensive, but frequently the least expensive person is not really the least expensive. I was impressed with Mr. Key's attitude and work. I will use him for any future plumbing needs I may have. I highly recommend him to others.

Walked into my bedroom and my house was flooded. Typed emergency plumbing and 5 numbers came up. Bobby was the only one to answer and head straight here. He said the fire department could beat him here to shut off the main line. He even explained how to get to the meter to try and shut it off myself. Excellent, he saved the rest of my house. He saved my home. Being a new home owner is a scary thing, but this guy will take care of you. I would absolutely recommend him above anyone else. He is changing the water heater within 40 minutes of my call, giving me a new water heater, and changing the valves to switches for me. He also is adding a drain plan that wasn't installed.
