This was my second time using them. Last year I had the same issue - both toilets clogged at same time. Last time was a real challenge. Had to snake all the way to the clean-out. This time, they turned on all faucets in house and the clog cleared by itself. No repair charge - just a service fee for showing up. I will definitely call them in the future. Dustin & Eddie were great!

The company sent a technician, Shane, who came out the same day and the price was very fair. I had given them the wrong address and Shane called me and was very nice even though I sent him to the wrong address and quickly went to the right address to fix the issue. The office personnel was very caring and helpful! Shane did a great job fixing the problem! I would use them again!

I needed help with a water leak from my expansion tank last night around 9:00 pm so I called 24 Hour Express and Chris showed up in about 30 minutes and removed the rusted out tank and capped the line for me since I didn't know anything about those, thanks to him, I do now. Chris was really helpful to me and I really appreciate him and 24 Hour's service that late in the evening. I added Their number to my contacts and if I ever need help again, 24 Hour Express Service will get the call- Thanks again Chris

Had an emergency repair after trying to do it ourselves. Quick response. Completed repair the same day we called. Chris and Garrett were awesome. Repair looks great. Very professional. Cleaned up the area when done. Highly recommend.

Called them because of a clogged toilet. Aaron came out and removed the toilet and found a giant ""horse tail"" of roots in the pipe. The roots had entered through a flange that had been installed wrong. Aaron cleared the pipe and installed a proper flange. We decided to go buy a new toilet and have him install it while he was here. He also repaired a tee-pipe & hose bib at the front of our house. Aaron was professional, knowledgeable & courteous. We feel confident that the repairs were done perfectly and we will definitely use this company again. We highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!
