So I got home from spending the day at my parents house around 6pm to find that by backyard was completely flooded from today's down pour. Two more inches of water and I would have had a bigger issue of just a flooded backyard. Anywoo,a gentleman by the name of Cade came out to try and help. Very polite and respectful. I offered him to go through the house but he was content to go through the back gate. Which I must say was very respectful of him because its not like I wanted extra wet foot prints on my floor.
Cade was able to locate the issue in 10 minutes. Unfortunately I have a freaking tree trunk in my one and only drain which is blocking most of all the passage for water to exit. Obviously this wasn't going to be a quick fix but I appreciate the quick service and the polite customer service. I can't imagine it being fun working out it in the mud and rain. Thanks for all your help.

This company is amazing! I own a business in Moreno Valley. We had some issues with our plumbing and these are the people that came out to complete service for us. Unfortunately, we had some problems when the services were being completed, not caused by them, and ended up flooding our business. They were super quick to have a restoration come out and assess the damage and get everything squared away. Again we had some other issues and they sent Bob out and he fixed everything immediately. No questions asked. I am super impressed with their professionalism and their customer service. They definitely put their customers first! I would definitely recommend this business to anyone having plumbing issues. They show up when they are supposed to and make sure you are completely taken care of!

It's unbelievable to be typing this, but we had a great experience hiring this plumber. Matthew showed up on time and did a great job. He was knowledgeable, worked quickly and the prices were very reasonable.

Previously, we had hired a plumber that worked on our dryer. They did not install the gas lines correctly and we had a leak. A rep from the gas company came out and told us the correct way to do it. That wasn't necessary because Matthew inspected the situation and told us the same thing the gas rep did.

Also, this happened on New Year's Eve. We were having a party and had plenty to worry about. This was something we thought would make the whole day terrible. It didn't because of this company and their excellent service.

We were in dire need of a plumber and the first company we booked flaked out on us at the last minute. I was directed to 24 hour express and they were able to send out a person within 2 hours of me placing the call. The technician, Shane, came to our house in time and completed his work in a fast and professional manner. Recently called 24 Hour Express for 2 plumbing issues at my home. The primary reason was to install faucets into a double sink in my kids bathroom. Due to shortcut taken by builder, the old faucets could not easily be removed nor new ones installed without removing the sink itself. I don't remember the name of the plumber who came out, but he assessed the situation and explained to me what would be involved to fix it. The price was a bit higher than I was prepared to pay right before Christmas. He advised that I get some other estimates 1st and then call him back if no one could give me a better estimate. While he was at my home, he resolved an issue with my kitchen sink free of charge and also didn't charge a service fee for coming to our home, even though he did have to pull some things apart on the bathroom sink. We ended up going with someone else for the bathroom, based on price alone, but the fact that he didn't charge for anything that he did in bathroom or kitchen was pretty amazing and unexpected to me. All I can say is ""WOW!!!"" I should have called this plumber years ago. They came on time and were very professional. Cade did a fabulous job. They replaced our hot water heater at a very reasonable price and cleaned up like new. Cade was very patient with my wife who tends to ask the same question about ten times; ten different ways...lol. Just wanted to say what an amazing customer service and experience i had with them. Just moved in and refrigeratior ice maker water line was so tore up and when i tried to replace i noticed the the solder was eroded. I called my home warranty but gave me a 8 hour time window. With no water i saw an ad with these guys and called. Very pleasant lady on the phone. Owner called back within minutes and then Matt showed up in no time. This was around 10pm. Matt fixed it and tested everything to make sure his work and everything else was working correctly. Very pleasant and answered all my questions. Was able to turn my water back on right after. Would highly recommend and their price was very competitive. Thanks guys.

Scott was upbeat and friendly and did an excellent job of setting expectations after he arrived and surveyed the situation. Our clogged tub did not have a trap (meaning, the job could be more difficult, and cost more - he might have had to get on the roof, etc., etc.). I appreciated knowing that before he started.

Being the rock-star Scott is, he was able to remove the clog like a champion wrangling a wild squirrel. Your boss ought to give you a huge raise and more vacation time.

Jonathan was awesome! He got here within an hour to fix the leak under my sink. He was knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and fast. I liked him so much I had him fix our guest bathroom drain that had been clogged for 14 years. Very fair prices. I am happy I have a new plumber I can call 24/7. Don't hesitate to give them a call.
