This company truly goes above and beyond. Realtors out there, if you are in need of plumbing services for one of your listings THIS is your ""go-to!"" I called them at 9am this morning, they sent a professional at 10:30 and he was done before 11! The pricing is also great! Zack was the person that came out and was so knowledgeable and efficient and got the job done.

I called yesterday to have them come check on a possible leak in our home and they were able to come the next day. They were on time and called to let me know they were a few minutes away. They both wore masks and even covered their shoes too! They were very nice, and quick with their service. Also, provided necessary papers to ensure we didn't have a leak. Would use again for future issues.

Shane was awesome. He showed up and was wearing a mask. He fixed our problem (clogged sink) very quickly and was nice but professional! He also answered many questions I had even though some were kind of dumb (like how do I turn off the water to my house.) He didn't try to upsell me and just hot the job done. The price was very fair too! So happy with their service! Thank you!

Gave them a call late last night since it's 24 hours.... talked to the person on the phone she was nice and provided email and address.... she said the technician would give a call but never received any email or call.... I guess because it was I called around midnight but when I checked the website it says they are still operational even with COVID-19 happening....waited all night since our ceiling just randomly started leaking water and we had a small flood on our wood floor. Waited till 7am this morning to call another company and they actually emailed me back afterwards and came out like they said they would...too bad bc I saw a lot of great reviews but if they aren't going to provide service they should update their site description as well as their google and yelp in case their hours changed but from the sound of the lady who got my information down over the phone around midnight she did says 24hour emergency service....I can't recommend this if it's an actual emergency late night... but I do recommend R&R plumbing out in Murrieta instead!

This is my second time using 24 Hours. We had Ryan this time. You can tell his mama raised him right. Very polite. I offered to wear a mask so that he could take his off and breathe while he was working. He said, ""Oh no. I'm a guest in your home. I'll wear a mask"". Nice, polite young man.

He worked fast and efficient. Cleaned up his mess. Didn't mind my dog supervising him. The prices are fair. Ryan took a picture of the corroded pipe so I could see before he started the work. He also gave me the cost beforehand. Ryan thanked us for our business.

Crystal, the dispatcher was very nice and personable both times I used 24 Hour. I called on a Monday morning and was able to have someone here two hours later. Now it's 1:00pm and I can get on with my day. Thank you 24Hour and Ryan!
