I called this business about my boiler and hot water heater, they told me that they would send me a text message and that I should reply by sending a picture of the boiler. So I went to my basement and took a picture, the problem is that I never received their text. I guess they must be so busy that they don't need my business. Too bad because they had very good reviews until now. Zero stars for non service.

I messaged them and I got a call right away but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number & I get a lot of spam calls. So I got a text message from them stating they were the plumber I messaged. I asked which one since I messaged so many plumbers in the same day. After they sent a link with a message saying ""Leave a review.."" which honestly turned me off at first because they haven't done anything yet. Anyway I started messaging them (which is always a good option to take, that way you get things in ""writing"" & they can't go back on their word or quote, hence the first message). I asked a couple of questions, but they didn't even respond back to either of my questions in the text, very Unprofessional, so we definitely passed on this company!

Had a Friday night sink emergency that turned out to be more than just a clog - there were rotted pipes as well. 24 Hour were responsive, knowledgeable and didn't wuit until the job was done right. Thry actually left the pipes in a better configuration than they were before. My new go-to plumber, for sure!

I would like to highly recommend to work with them if you have any issues with your plumbing. I think Candace is good orginizer to resolve issues you have and technicions are responsible enoguh you rely on their experience. I satisfy their serive.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.
Robert is an excellent technician, professional, neat and courteous.
I will definitely use them in the future and will highly recommend them.
