I hire Ed to do a job which involved the city it took Ed weeks just to come dig a hole that lead to my drain outside and even though the city took months to come out the city came out and got the job done and Ed said once the job was done by the city he would send some one to clean a cement my basement and he NEVER did I'm still waiting til dis day I called him everyday to the point I got tired of calling I felt ripped off and he's very unprofessional I should never have to call you 3-4 times a day and sometimes he dont answer or call you back.

Ed charged us $900 for a water line to the fridge and a hot water feed for a dishwasher. He said he'd be back to hook up the washer when it arrived. A few weeks later, he cut communications after saying he'd call to set up a time to come by. We feel ripped off to say the least

Called 24 action because we needed a new water heater. Ed jr was able to find a replacement within 24hrs and they replace heater did a good job etc. We may have paid a little bit more but happy it is fixed. My complaint is I also had a small problem with my shower. I showed it to Ed and he said it was too late on a friday to address but to call him the following week and he could come fix it. That was last I heard from 24 Action plumbing. I have tried several times no response. I guess they do not want repeat customers if they have small jobs. Very disappointed because I thought originally they were good guys with good service!

They have worst managing people. They did a job at my place 2 months ago and I paid them in full and didn't receive the invoice yet. I have called them so many times and they said that we will call you back.
And the who came for service, he wants to get all of your money, he claims he did lot of work in very low price, give me $50 for this and that.

called 24 action plumbing for estimate. Ed Jr. came out same day. He was truthful and gave me best and worst case scenario. pending what they found best case would be cheaper fix. worst case would be complete main line replacement. gave me two estimates. unfortunately for me my case was worst case but price did not go beyond what he stated. signed contract same day. may i add they beat all competitor estimates. they started work within days and completed within days as well. ed senior oversaw entire project. he goes above and beyond for the customer. also observed he had a great crew and team chemistry. extremely satisfied with the finished work. they even went as far as cleaning the sidewalk and added new grass seed where they excavated. would recommend them no doubt for any plumbing service big or small. call them today for an estimate. you won't regret it.

Our ejector pump was not working and causing a back-up in my basement. Ed came out was at my house within 2 hours and quickly fixed the issue. He went above and beyond by cleaning-up the bathroom and pit area. I would highly recommend 24 Action Plumbing to anyone with plumbing issues who expects quick, professional and courteous service.

The WORST Service and Managing company iv'e dealt with . Scheduled a service for 10am and got the run around for why they were late. they gave me excuse after excuse. Finally they got a Technician there at 11:50, but we found out he didn't have the equipment needed to do the job. They apologized for the service and said it wouldn't happen again. So we rescheduled for a couple days later. Again the appointment was scheduled for 9am. The tech told us he would be here between 9-9:30. Its about 9:20 and hes not there so i give him a call and he says the shop dint put it on his schedule so hes still at headquarters. This is after i called him at 7:45am to confirm and he said yes. So he said he would leave the shop now and come to the house. The shop was minutes from my house so i assume it would take 40-45 minutes. I call him after 45 minutes of sitting at my house and he said he is on his was and was still 30 minutes away.

I would HIGHLY suggest to find a different company for your plumbing needs.
