This company left me in a huge bind after taking the day off from work. They were insensitive and unprofessional.
I have to convey this company is one of the must unprofessional companies I have ever had to deal with and I will make it know through social media etc.
We have asked on numerous occasions to provide the report of the work that was performed by this company. They were already paid on the day of service and required to provide a detail report of the work performed, in order to get this they charged an additional $250.00!!!! on top of what was already paid, of course when we received it, it did not have the details and even had the wrong date of service!
They did not have authorization to speak or send any information to the homeowner's insurance company, however they sent information to the them anyway. I am sure there will be repercussions, and we will explore these options.
We are exploring options to file a complaint against their license with the Arizona contractors board and we will be seeking legal advise with an attorney about unethical elderly financial exploitation!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! Or it will cost you!!
I have the whole house water system that they put in 3 years ago. I had problems a year later and they tried to solve the problem but really didn't but they put in new filters. I have to get filters every year which are expensive and they charge more now to put them in. I had 2 filters put in in late August at the cost of $356. Now my water is coming out blue. I called and the guy said he would get someone out with the rep. The next day he called and said he was working on it. Monday a guy shows up at my house and we look at the filters. He couldn't see any problems so he said he would call the rep to meet him there. I called the office a little upset that they sent someone without calling me and yes I have a loud voice he hung up on me and the guy here left I called back to see what was going on. I was told I believe mark is his name that no one is going to yell at him or anyone with the company. I said I didn't yell I just have a loud voice and I never yelled at the guy here we discussed my animals. He told me they would not help me and hung up telling me I would have to deal with the dealer myself. I have tried calling sever times and it goes to voice mail. These are horrible people to deal with BEWARE if you use them.
I had this company clear a drain for me on 5/2/19. Had to call a day or two later as all the caps in the front yard were left open. For the past month, we have had an odor coming from under our sink. I finally got into that area to investigate (10/2/19). Found that a Reddi-Vent had been left off from the work done this past May. Very poor work and I would never hire them again. Ron in Mesa
I called this outfit to take care of a problem with a shower drain backup after doing a load of wash. Tallson showed up and after checking around said that he would have to snake from the roof as we did not have cleanouts. This would cost $750. but he would discount it to $669. and there would be a charge of $350. if a camera was needed. I stupidly agreed to this without getting other estimates. Tallson snaked the drain and said they was a blockage. He said that we should put in the cleanouts which was about $2600. So they dug a 6ft hole, snaked the sewer line and said that there were bulges and holes and the line needed to be replaced which would bring the total to $8500., which we stupidly paid. We did not see any pictures of this problem. The line was installed and my husband took a shower after the work was completed on Sunday. The shower did not drain. I called 24/7 3 times the next day and left 2 messages stating that I had not received a copy of the invoice or the pictures that had been taken and that we had a problem with shower draining.. Later that afternoon I did receive a copy of the invoice but did realize until days later that the pictures were continued after the invoice but there were no pictures of the 'sewer damage'. Did not receive a callback from them about the shower problem. The next day we went to the office and I spoke with Jan who apologized for them not getting back to us as they were having 'trouble with their voice mail' but remember I did receive the invoice. Jan said that he would have someone be at our house shortly. After we got home a plumber from 24/7 showed up. He looked at the shower, ran some water and then told me that I had broken pipes. Just by looking around the bathroom He made this decision. They would replace the pipes under the house (Tallson had told me over a week ago that the pipes into the house were clear) for $8000. which was less than normally charged but they would give us a break because of the other work they had done. He never attempted to clear the drain. He left after I told him I needed to check with my husband, sat in his truck for a while and then sent me an estimate detailing the work they would do. Later that day I received a second estimate from the company looking for an agreement to do the work. I called Sunland Plumbing who quickly cleared the drain of a small amount of hair and sludge for a cost of $145. Coby also explained how his company would have charged us considerably less for the sewer line replacement which of course at this point we do not believe we even needed. This is a very unscrupulous company and I would give them much less than 1 star if it were possible.
Water heater kept tripping breaker off. They went and said I would need a whole new water heater. I decide to wait.
I drive to Phoenix (3 hour drive) to take a look at the water heater.
I notice the power connections are not connected properly. I still go ahead and check the heating element, thermostat and connections on the inside with multimeter (don't consider myself even a handyman so don't know the proper names).
I see nothing wrong, so I turn down the temperature to 120-125, and connect to power wires tightly...........water heater working like a champ!
According to tenant, plumber only checked the power wires going to the water heater (which were loose when I arrived) and turned on/off the breaker.
Sad, I was planning on keeping this company permanent for my houses. Everyone makes mistakes, but this mistake could have cost me over $1200
This company installed a new electric water heater at our home. They were super great at getting us an estimate right away and installing the unit the next day. They were very willing to work with us to get the water heater unit that we really wanted. There price was very reasonable.
Everyone that I talked to at 24/7 was friendly and truly seemed to appreciate me as a customer.
I will definitely use this company again if I need future plumber solutions.
I booked them thru home advisor and they came out installed a new kitchen faucet. Mark Dittrick was very polite and did a great job. Very pleased and will use them again.
Ron L.I can't speak to the actual service you may receive, because I paid $437.50 for no service at all.
I had 247 plumbing come out and give me an estimate for a hot water heater repair/replacement. I had three other companies come out and give me an estimate. 247 was the lowest, so at the time I decided to proceed with them.
The representative that I spoke to on the phone stated that their cost would be going up soon so I should lock in the lower cost. That required a $437.50 deposit so I provided my credit card information and they processed the transaction.
I live in another state and wanted to be on the premises for the replacement, so I let them know that I would inform them at a later date to schedule the replacement.
After scheduling the replacement appointment, upon my arrival in Arizona I was perusing some paperwork from the purchase of the house just under a year ago. Included was a one year warranty that I had completely forgotten.
I contacted the home warranty company and they were able to replace the unit for the cost of a service call and a small deductible.
I contacted 247 to cancel the service. That was over five weeks ago and we'll over a dozen phone calls, still no refund.
Salli N.Water softener installed yesterday. Great work by Gerardo - he rocks! Polite, efficient, helpful and everything works great. Price was very reasonable compared to two other estimates I got and I could not be more pleased with every contact with this company and the end result.
