Thank you Jessie and your team who came out to fixed and corrected my entire plumbing and piping situation in my Condo Unit. Being a first time home owner, I never would have imaged having the major issue in my home that was remodeled by Global Home Improvements who screwed up a lot of things when they remodeled this unit before I purchased it. I called 24/7 and spoke with Jessie and I am grateful to GOD that I did. What I want to say to anyone reading this that this team is as follows: EXCELLENT, AWSOME, WONDERFUL, BRILLIANT, KIND, FRIENDLY, QUICK, CAREFUL, AFFORDABLE, just to name a few, I could go on, however I have to get back to work now. LOL. So, THANK YOU JESSIE AND YOUR TEAM, and I will see you when we work on those other issues that discovered for me.

Terrible business that provides no communication. I booked an 11am appointment last Sunday with them but they never came. They never messaged that they were running late or unable to make it that day. I waited an extra 30min to 1 hour past our appt time before reaching out to them for follow up. It was mother's days so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to reschedule with them for the following Sunday at 11am.

This time around, I reached out the night before (Saturday night) and they confirmed the appointment for Sunday. The day comes and they never showed up and NEVER messaged us that they weren't coming! This is so unprofessional and they sure love to waste people's time. Absolutely do not recommend to anyone!

We had a leaky kitchen sink faucet that turned into a leak underneath as well. Jesse responded right away and fixed the issue while also identifying another issue we needed fixing. Quick and efficient service and saved us a major headache!

Two problem with my past experience with the company
1. The estimates they quoted are so much higher than others.
2. The business owner is not open for price negotiation and seems very inpatient.

The good part is the technician Jose explains things in great details and is very patient when answering questions.

We have a 1930s house with 1930s plumbing and our bathtub wasn't draining properly. The problem was that the previous owners of the house hadn't bothered to maintain the pipes in so long, the trap had rusted itself shut. Jose did a fantastic job in fixing the issue. He was also great about answering any question I had. Their prices are fair and I greatly appreciate that they list out everything that comes with that pricing. I will definitely be using them again for anything that comes up.

The 24/7 Service Team was awesome! Jose Castaneda and the other team member provided me with excellent service from the moment of contact until the job was over within the one day time frame which was actually a few hours. Not only was my issue resolved, but his plumbing expertise resulted in better service. Initially, I needed my toilets repaired. Jose suggested that I replace the toilets. He told me the brand and where to purchase. I purchased them immediately, and the next day they were picked up- by Jose and partner and installed. I couldn't be more pleased with the new toilets! My home has never been more pleased! The team was efficient, knowledgeable of ALL plumbing services, polite, and HONEST! Not to mention- the costs were reasonable. If you don't contact 24/7 Service Team for ALL of your plumbing needs- you'll be disappointed!

I am very satisfied with the service I received from 24/7 Service Team. Jesse was very responsive and I didn't have to call, I was able to schedule it all through Yelp. I scheduled late Friday afternoon and had service scheduled for first thing Monday morning.

Jose and his team did an amazing job installing the faucet and were respectful and informative. They wore covers on their shoes and worked fast and accurately.

I will definitely use 24/7 Service Team again in the future and recommend anyone in the area do so as well.

They are the best! I sent a request through Yelp for a non-emergency furnace repair and had someone out the next day.

The technician assessed the situation and found that the 2 furnace repair techs that I had out had misdiagnosed the issue! The other techs said I needed a grounding wire from my breaker box to the furnace. However, the tech from 24/7 saw that I just needed to replace the sensors for $300. He fixed the problem quickly while explaining everything to me in great detail. He saved me at least $1000.

They are lifesavers. Will definitely keep them on the top of my list for future repairs!

Sent a request through Yelp at 11am in the morning and Jesse was out later that evening. Had a wire that was not connected from a previous electricians job and that electrician would not have been able to come back for a few days. 24/7 was able to come out the same day and got everything taken care of. Great service and fair pricing. They're definitely now my first call if I have any issues that they're able to take care of.
