Great service and staff is super professional! Price is fare and reasonable. I had my ring fall under the sink and the pipe was glued so called them to help, they were able to get my ring back and reinstall the pipe made sure it was not leaking . Thank you so much!

24/7 Rooter Service saved us! We had our annual sewage flooding in our bathroom and tub in our apartment in a Sunday night and Alex was sent out. And he arrive a little earlier than promised! We had a bit of a sewage river when he opened the outside drain, but that's not his fault as neither he nor we knew where the drain was outside the whole building. And I'm sure it was not pleasant for him. He seemed to be in constant communication with his boss, spent a long time rootering (rooting?) the drain, and tested the toilet 10 times before leaving. Alex handled our weird cramped parking lot, maneuvering in to set up. He was pleasant and professional, wore a mask, and communicated with us well.

Please note that we had to pay cash or there was a substantial additional fee for a credit card transaction, like $50-80 I believe. So ask ahead of time. We were emailed an invoice immediately.

My only suggestion would be if the business could provide some sort of shoe covering as sewage was tracked into to our carpeted apartment. It's understandable, and I'm sure Alex didn't enjoy the sewage river that encompassed him, so I'm not complaining. Just a suggestion for other staff and customers in case they encounter the situation we had. :(

Had in issue with my airbnb shower making a foghorn noise that I was unable to troubleshoot. 24/7 Rooter Service came out same day, earlier than they said they would, fixed the issue in a timely manner, and didn't over charge me. Will definitely use them again in the future.

For the second time in six months, Alex and his team saved the day. We had an unexpected backup in our sewer line today, and Alex showed up within an hour (on a Sunday!) with a crew and got right to work.

He assessed the issue, explained our options, and gave us clear and fair pricing. They performed the work promptly and communicated throughout the process, and gave us tips for future upkeep. We'll definitely continue to use Alex and his team in the future when the need arises.

Absolutely fantastic service! I had an issue with my apartment management company not attending to a plumbing issue in my unit. This happened last night when water just starting bubbling up, filling my tub and toilet with disgusting water. With no answer from management for more than 15hrs for a emergency maintenance request; I decided to call a plumber. I read the reviews and I do not regret my decision. Alex answered my call and gave me an approximate time of an hour after explaining the issue the best I could. He arrived 30 minutes earlier than I expected which was great because I was panicking a bit. Right away he knew was was wrong and gave me a quote. After Alex checks the pipes he mentioned the issue was much bigger and would cost more than the original quote. This is phenomenal because I have had experience with other plumbers who proceed to do extra work and try charging you for a service you didn't approve. Lastly he sent a very detailed invoice which would help me perfectly to send to my management company and inform them it might be a re occurring issue if maintenance isn't done in a timely manner. Thanks again Alex!
