24/7 Saved the day. After trying to unclog the toilet on my own for 3 hours I finally gave up and called. Sean was our tech and arrived sooner than expected. He showed us a few price options, very reasonable unlike other plumbing services. Would definitely recommend 24/7 to anyone in need. 5!

If I could give zero stars I would. Called last week for a hose that broke on my kitchen faucet. Needed the problem fixed before thanksgiving and went with 24/7 because they said they could do it in a day. So we made an appointment for the following day, but they cancelled due to rain and getting busy, so thanksgiving was without a sink. I said I could wait another day, so they scheduled me for Friday that day after. But again, they didn't show, I called them, they hemmed and hawed about the rain and said that we could schedule it for Saturday, so I did. Saturday comes, I'm waiting. They called to change the appointment for the afternoon. I said sure. Later that day, they didn't call but sent me a text tel,I gotta me that they would come in Sunday. I called and said let's do it Monday instead, Monday comes, I'm waiting again, and they don't call and don't send a text, so I call. They are running late again and want to reschedule. I said, fuck it. Never again. Too many cancelled appointments. They act as if I don't have my own life and that I was an expendable customer. They forget that they are also expendable. Plenty of plumbers in the city.

Our tech was on time within the window for our annual inspection and maintenance. He patiently explained everything he was doing and completed everything in a timely manner. We've been using 24/7 Plumbing for almost a year now for multiple projects and we continue to be satisfied.

This company responds quickly and came out the next day to fix my clogged bathtub.
The plumber offered two different prices one using a snake to unblock the pipe for $325 and other to snake the blockage and further clean the pipe for $725. I chose just the snake one. It only took 15 minutes to open the pipe. The plumber did a good job but the prices are too high. I should have asked for an estimate on the phone.

We have bad pipe that likes to torment us...and at 5pm it let itself be known again that it holds all the power in this house, because it controls all the toilets.

We called and had someone out within 3 hours. Mike D was friendly and showed me everything he had done..and save our night.

The price was reasonable as well, as much as the last plumber charged me for a day visit with an appointment.

So very happy customer.
