Very courteous very expeditious and very efficient. Winston Robison arrived within 50 minutes from my call and it was on Saturday before Easter. He immediately assessed the job and he gave a reasonable estimate. Also, he gave recommendations in how to improve the site of the existing water heater installation.
I highly recommend Winston and 24-7 Rooter.

I have used 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing for more than 5 years, and their service has been exceptional! Just after 8 am this morning I called because my kitchen sink was clogged and about 15 minutes later Winston arrived since he had been in my area. He diagnosed the problem and quickly and professionally fixed it. Also determined that my disposal was rusted and needed to be replaced, and after a quick trip back to the shop installed a new one. He is especially good at explaining the process and his work is first rate. I highly recommend Winston and this company--First Rate!

We had an emergency water backup over the weekend. Tried multiple firms and 24-7 was the only one who said they could send someone within 60-90 minutes and showed up in under an hour!

Our tech was Rommel who gave us a couple of options. Yes, they were both expensive but that's the expected price for home issues happening on a weekend. After picking an option, he made the immediate fix right away and then came back first thing in the morning to do one final cleanup. No mess, and he was thorough in explaining everything that he did.

I would highly recommend 24-7 (especially Rommel).

Don't choose this company unless you have some extra money to spend. They quote the job to fix outdoor faucet for almost $2000. I turned down to find another contractor to do the job for $100.

I paid for the $85 dispatch fee for them although they were two hours late.
