We used these guys in April 2022 because our sewer ejection pump failed. We were pretty desperate to find someone because of the smell. They did send someone out that same night which was good, but in the end they were very expensive and the work wasn't good.

The guy they sent out to replace it was very nice but just did sloppy work. He had to come back twice after the initial install to get everything working and while I wasn't charged for the follow-up visits and I'm glad that he was responsive about the follow-up, it was a waste of time for everyone.

Fast forward to Jan 2023, and the pump overflowed again. We got someone new out (who came highly recommended) and he said the float was positioned right underneath the inlet so every time we flushed the toilet, the toilet paper would just pour out directly onto the float. Additionally, the lid to the basin was never screwed back on - just sitting on top. Finally, we weren't told that our alarm system didn't even have a float connected, so it was useless.

Don't ever use these guys. Rapacious hourly rates. 2 weeks ago I met with their plumber, who quoted me, and I agreed to a price that was pretty high for the job ($1,400 for a 3 hour install of a sink and a toilet, labor only, to take out old and out in new). The ""manager"" over-rode the quote that I had already agreed to and paid for, and wanted $2,200. For 3 hours (maybe) of labor only, over $700/hour. I tried to just go with the agreed upon price and he said no- so I told him (Will-the-breaker-of-contracts) to pound sand. Happy ending to the story, just got the job done by a quality guy for $568.

Oh and I will we'll see a response from the owner again that says something like ""I'm so sorry you had this experience. Our primary focus is on blah blah blah.""

These guys totally took advantage of my elderly father and grossly overcharged him to replace a garbage disposal. When I tried to negotiate with them to agree on a reasonable rate, they were very rude and uncooperative. They threatened to put a lien on my father's house so we just ended up just paying the bill. Do not deal with these people under any circumstances, They are greedy, dishonest and prey on the vulnerable.

If you need help with a plumbing issue DO NOT even think of calling this company. We had a problem with sewer gas not venting properly from our basement so we called them at 7am on a Monday morning when they first opened. We were told that they had an opening for 8am that same morning. At 9am they had not shown up so we called and were told they would be there at 2:30pm. No one showed at 2:30pm ... or 3:30pm... or 4:30pm ... or 5:30pm despite repeated calls and assurances they would be there. At 6:30pm we rescheduled the technician for Tuesday at 2:30pm. Same story. No-one showed up. No-one called to advise us of what was happening. No-one even answered the phone! At 8:15pm (!!!!!) we get a call that the tech is 2 blocks from our house. He claims to have come by at 4pm but no-one answered the door. My wife and I were both working at home. We did not hear anyone knock. When we asked why he did not call if he was right there he could not provide a reasonable answer. At that point his story started changing .... and we started getting really cold feet. We wished the tech a good nite and called it all off. If you need help DO NOT call these people. They are totally untrustworthy.

This place was almost a complete rip off. Christian, the plumber came and told me the toilet was old and corroded, he loosened the parts even more and made it leak more. I got a second opinion and they said my toilet was 100% fine just needed the bolts to be tightened on the tank.

He was definitely trying to get me to buy more than we needed. He said we needed a new toilet for 1100 dollars or parts for 700 and that it would just happen again. I would not recommend this place, they are unethical and totally tried to take advantage of me.

For an urgent sewer cleanout on a Saturday afternoon, 24/7 Rooter was there within two hours (when that other company that's synonymous with the service couldn't even schedule a visit for two days). ""Professional"" and ""poop"" don't usually coexist, but this was a great exception. The booking call center was cheerful and efficient, and followed up with a text confirmation, as well as both a callback and a text when the technician was dispatched. That text even included a photo of the technician, so I could be confident that the stranger ringing my doorbell was who he said (although the branded truck towing a big hose reel was a pretty good clue). The tech was very courteous and efficient, and finished within a half-hour of arriving. Payment was fast and easy with credit card, with an invoice emailed immediately afterward along with a satisfaction survey. The price was about as expensive as I would expect of an emergency call, but the speedy response and thorough and pleasant communication made it well worth the money. A great experience given a sh**ty circumstance.

called to make an appt because my water heater was leaking. they said they had a same-day window between 2:30-4:30. i said i could be there at 3. they said no problem.

later, at 4:20 when i hadn't received a text update regarding the technician's status/location, they said that we had booked the appointment for 3:30-5:30. i recounted the discussion with the dispatcher, with whom i'd had the original conversation. she then started arguing with me, saying that her notes clearly said i had the 3:30-5:30 slot. she said they recorded all conversations - to which i encouraged a playback, because i knew i was correct. but, she was getting borderline hostile with me, and i just wanted to move forward and get my water heater fixed, so i said, fine, i'll stick with the 5:30 slot.

minutes later, she called back to and left a voice message to apologize, saying she did actually make the booking mistake, and that i was indeed slotted for 3-4:30, as i had indicated. but, when i called back she informed me that (now) the technician was still stuck at another job, and they'd need to reschedule me.

i had already decided that i was going to give my money to the first to respond to my inquiry on yelp, and so i was ready to give them whatever cost/estimate they would produce. (i had denied the other timely inquiries for my business) but now...i'm so frustrated that i'm taking my business elsewhere.

I'm a homeowner, and currently rent out my house to single mother and her kids. Recently she informed me that the house drains were giving off a strong sewage smell and it was becoming unbearable. I called 24/7 Rooter and plumbing on Thursday morning and had an appointment for the next morning almost immediately. They gave me a 2 hour window and even kept me updated by text as to when the service tech would be arriving, and even sent a photo of the technician! The plumber was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable as to how best to solve our problem. He gave me 3 options as to how to repair and never once made me feel like he was just trying to get the most money out of me. He ended completing a fairly large repair in 2.5-3 hours, and all took place in the same day. If ever in need of a plumbing service again, they will be my first call.

Very prompt response on a Saturday evening. Douglas Fisher did an excellent job. Had to remove the toilet seat to reach the plumbing. Opened up the clog, reinstalled the seat, and cleaned up. He is a true gentleman, and certainly a great asset to his company.
