Where do I start just bought a brand new washing machine and dryer thought I could move it and hook it up myself totally forgot that I know a great plumber . By the name of Mr George ,gave him a phone call .he came right out . He put my footstool on the washer and dryer .. brought them right in the house like there was a piece of paper... connected all my lines and made sure everything work turn the washing machine on make sure the water was going out Smooth turned on the dryer make sure It got a hot ,it would've took me to next week to do it . Jorge provided immediate response and came out right after we got off the phone. The job was to descale a tankless water heater, which is a really small job, but he handled it without delay.

Upon his arrival, he examined the situation and gave his honest, professional opinion- a new water heater is needed due to old age. He didn't push, but simply explained if he performs descaling, it would cause leakage after. He could still perform descaling if we wanted to.

All said and done, Jorge spent 5 hours getting a new hot water heater up and running. Problem solved. Totally appreciate his responsiveness and professionalism.
