This is the 2nd time that we've used 24/7 pro, Cesar always go above and beyond to keep his promise to his customers, yesterday our washer drain was plugged and backing up, Cesar told me he would be there by 12:30pm and since he was in the area he stopped by at around 12:03 pm minutes earlier than was promised and fixed our drain clog in about 25 mins, Thank you Cesar, Keep up the good work!

I recently purchased a home that had severe root intrusion and ancient cast iron pipes. My realtor connected me with Cesar and said he was the best in the business; she was 100% right. Cesar was super helpful, professional, and very responsive. He came out to assess the situation and was able to start the work that same day. It was a big job since my house is on a concrete slab, it was gonna require breaking into the ground to replace all the pipes. Cesar and his guys were done in two days! They started on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon they were finished. Needless to say, it was an expensive job due to it being a HUGE task but his prices are very reasonable and better than other plumbers in town. It was worth every penny and thankfully Cesar was very transparent; he even offered a couple of options to fit our budget. Thanks again Cesar.

Cesar came and did a good job. Problem: I had a shower valve leaking water from the tub spout. The Cartidge was stuck, with a little confidence and muscle, we both pulled it off, which saved the unnecessarily needing to open the wall. I initially had tried to do it by myself, only the part I used was not Oem. Needless to say, it didn't work (leaked). Cesar knew exactly what the issue was, got the part & installed it with a breeze.

GREAT SERVICE! Cesar Javier and Anthony were outstanding.. extremely responsive quick professional nice reliable and trustworthy. For a couple of years I had postponed the inevitable.. a very slow leak I had already had snaked 3 times... the bad news was Cesar not only told me but showed and explained the 30+ years of nasty plumbing sediment that gave me chronic plumbing problems.. I could put another band aid or cough up extra and fix it for good which the good news is he did, guaranteed.

**He also took it upon himself to fix my garbage disposal which was an easy fix but I had no idea of knowing that but he was honest and fixed it! Now after 2 months I've got flowing water like the mighty Nile and a working garbage disposal.. dancing in my kitchen in my French apron (jk). Anyway thanks again to Cesar, Javier, and Anthony and 24/7 Rooter for your honest hard work.. mil gracias!

These guys were extremely responsive and quick to act during a stressful clog situation backing up the entire house. The young men snaked and then hydro jetted with a small machine, however, nothing cleared the clog and the fee kept increasing. I was out $350 and still left with a clog due to its location. It was challenging due to a time crunch and dealing with it remotely is not recommended. Always be on-site for contractors/plumber to prevent miscommunication. A family plumber did stop at a later time and came up with an unconventional solution, he cut into a weak/old pipe and snaked through that to dislodge the clog. That set me back another $175.

These guys are absolutely unbeatable.

They pretty much do everything in-house and do not sub any of their jobs out- because of this you can't beat their price for issues with the main sewer drain anyways. We were getting quoted $7000/$7100 for sleeving our 34 feet of main sewer line before it gets to the city, they quoted us $5400 for the exact same job, but additionally, he recommended pipe pulling or pipe bursting because it's a much better fix, and definitely more permanent. Instead of sleeving the drain with a thin sheet of fiberglass/epoxy, they completely replace the pipe with 4 in. ID polyethylene pipe that lasts probably 100 years+.

It was $3400! Less than half of 4 other quotes that I got. They were the only one who even mentioned pipe pulling. Maybe they are just more technologically advanced than other companies? Either way, No one's banking on commission with these quotes! They just did the job this morning and they were early, they got everything done in a few hours with a crew of four, and we have a permanent fix to our plumbing problem (roots were getting in our clay sewage line and our cast iron section was going to be bad soon.)

We are so happy we found them. Cesar is the man!
