UNETICAL Good impression at first, dissapointed at the end. He came home 2 weeks in a raw to complete different task, he charged 200 dlls each time. First time he came he completed the job and I zelle him 200 dlls no problem. The second time my husband was home and he tried to pay but ""appearently"" Zelle wasn't working and he couldn't receive the money, my husband tried from 2 different accounts and supposedly didn't go through my husband barely ever uses Zelle he is Venmo guy. He calls me I make the transfer within seconds and I just said done and hung up. Came to find the 3 transactions went though so 600dlls, I was like no problem I'll just ask him to Zelle back GHOSTED, claimed through our banks and they were helpless. So if you use it make sure you pay pay cash

Excellent customer service from Noel. My Shower has been running cold water for awhile!! He was to fix and adjust several screws from my Shower Valve and FIXED the Problem!! Will continue to hire him in Near Future!!

Noel (the owner) is a good plumber, he is knowledgeable and reliable. He came in an hour after my call to replace my water heater at my home. He cares about his customers. (A bit pricey, but it's alright for an emergency)

Highly recommend Noel. He comes to my house in Stockton from Turlock and no one can beat his prices. He has replaced a toilet, hood range and pulled out an old medicine cabinet to replace it with a 26 x 24 inch mirror with borders . Soon he'll be back to replace my front door security screen. I no longer search for handymen I just call Noel. Try him you will be satisfied.

The only good thing about this handyman was his response time. I don't recommend this guy!!! He left my house worst than before. Overcharged and also sexist ! He kept only wanting to communicate with my partner (male) and not me (female)! Little does he know I make the final decision. I had interior water damage that he said he would fix but ended up making it look worse than before. Honestly it seemed like he was just on YouTube trying to find out what to do. Take your services elsewhere. And for his comment please look at the text messages. I had let him no about the drywall it was supposed to be included and I also told him it was wet from the leak when we spoke on the phone. I sent him pictures so he could see. It was not 3 months ago and the drywall was fixed by a professional who has integrity
