Do not use this company. They are overpriced and do not stand behind their work or warranty. 6 days after I paid $500 the same problem came back. The receipt says a 6 month warranty but when I called back they said sorry we don't offer warranties. I showed them the receipt and then they said sorry this is a different problem for $500 more I'll fix the problem. I had to call a different plumber and they did the same exact work for 1/2 the price. I'm now fighting for a full refund that they won't give.

I took a chance on this company because the reviews were oldish and I'm glad I did. I called this company at 6:15 pm. They arrived within an hour of my call and were finished replacing my garbage disposal within three hours of my call. Awesome! The gentleman was quick to diagnose the problem, very nice and very professional. This company will be on my go-to list for future plumbing issues!

Would I refer 24/7 Home Improvement Plumbing & Drain to any one human? NO. They are robots that communicate in a very unprofessional mannerism. I have a broken water heater that is covered by HMS warranty. The claim was placed on Sunday, 1/14/18, the contractor assigned to the claim was 24/7. Monday, 1/15/18, the technician came out, the diagnosis - you need a new water heater. From that point on it was hell. The paperwork for HMS authorization was required to be done within 48 hours. This did not happen, 24/7 said it will get done, the technician is not at work we are waiting for his input. I spoke with HMS warranty, as I complained they said it could take longer to resolve because the claim needs to be transferred to another plumber. So I gave 24/7 another day-well that was the wrong thing to do. Ralph at 24/7 said I was scheduled for the install Fri. 1/26, Linda the owner at 24/7 changed it to Sat 1/27 8:00 am - did not happen. Ralph at 24/7 called me Sat. 1/27 evening hours asked if the install can happen Sunday-I said NO. Then Linda scheduled for Mon. 1/29 at 2:00 pm . I called 24/7 Mon. at 8:15 am to confirm, they (Ruby) called me back wants my credit card number - I said I will pay you for the uncovered parts at 2:00 pm. Well at 2:05 pm no technician- I called 24/7 Ralph said they don't have the water heater. Come to find out nothing was authorized via HMS warranty- the paperwork to HMS was incomplete. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL-unless you have a lot of time on your hands and you don't need not water.

Wasted days of my time waiting for technicians that never came. I was assigned to this company from my home warranty, there were some weird phone issues and I should have followed my gut and asked for another company but since I understand small business woes I overlooked it. I was scheduled and given a window but no one came and I never got a call telling me they were held up. I called back and had to be told then that there was a delay. So I rescheduled. Then after waiting around for another day on my wife's birthday weekend again no one showed up. I called and was notified that the technician had a family issue and was late starting the day. While I feel for a person having family issues why wasn't I notified at the beginning of the day that there might be delays!? I then called back again after waiting around but after multiple calls no one is picking up. This company is extremely irresponsible with other people's time. They wasted two days of my time I won't get back and I finally asked for another contractor. Maybe they do good work when they show up, but good luck getting them to show up, and if they are late don't expect a call. Just expect them to waste as much of your time as they can. If you are assigned to 24/7 from a home warranty RUN LIKE THE WIND!!!!!!

I placed a call with my Home Warranty company. They sent out 24/7 to look at my leak and my Tankless Water Heater. The technician looked at the leak and could not determine where the leak was originating from. He did say I should replace the faucet. Which he could not repair. He then looked at my Tankless Water Heater and from about 5 feet away said the water heater was fine. He collected his money which he asked for cash instead of credit card. I paid them money for absolutely nothing.

I called my warranty company and they were going to send the same company back. I then called 24/7 to voice my concerns and they told me to call someone else.

This is a scam of a company.

I gave them three stars because the first plumber they ""sent"" was a flake and never showed. The next day they sent a plumber who was only a few minutes late (outside the two hour window) and did the work quickly and for a reasonable price.

They plumber they sent was completely clueless. He tried ONE thing with our water heater and determined that the unit needs to be replaced (it is only 2 years old). We got a second opinion and the plumber fixed our issue in 10minutes by pressing ONE button. Clearly no need to replace our water heater.

They were also working with our warranty company and took them 3 days just to submit the paperwork to them for the claim.

I would NOT recommend them at all.

Absolutely the worst plumbing company I have ever worked with. The plumber sent out to repair a leaking pipe behind the steamer has had to come out 6 different times and the work has NEVER been completed fully. DO NOT USE THEM. They also list an email as a good point of contact and they NEVER check it. Would not recommend to anyone, ever.

The owner's wife, Linda, who schedules service calls is also the most abrasive, least professional woman I've ever spoken to.. who flat out refused to let me speak with her husband, the owner, regarding her inability to schedule emergency service because it was either ""too early"" or ""too late."" ....24/7 usually means ALL HOURS OF THE DAY.. .but I guess this is more of a farce to get people calling and trap them into utilizing their absolutely atrocious services.

This 'emergency service' team initially said they would come within 3 hours, at 10pm. By 10:15, I called again and they said they could maybe get here by midnight. Meanwhile, we had turned off the water and fortunately stopped the sewer flooding in the basement on our own. As it was a school night, I made them promise to send their guy out first thing the next morning at 7. He came on time but after working 2 hours 'didn't have the right equipment' and said his boss was going to come back in an hour. Paid the first guy the fee. 4 hours later another technician came, with the same equipment and managed to clear out the blockage within half an hour. He said it would be wise to use a camera because he wasn't sure if there were roots or a collapsed old pipe, but that someone else should come out to assess. Left a huge mess in the bathroom - literally on all surfaces/ walls and took me almost an hour to make useable again. He then tried to bill me for 2 1/2 hours of work. I said no - we had paid the previous guy. Turns out the first guy took off with their check, cashed it, then didn't go back to work. They continued to harass us with bills until we proved through the bank that our initial check had been cashed. Gave them one star because they did eventually resolve the problem, but we were without water for over 20 hours because it took them so long to get here and get it done, they made a huge mess that was difficult and disgusting to clean up and then tried to squeeze us for more money. I would not recommend and will not be calling in the future if we have issues!

Thoroughly disappointed with the lack of service! I scheduled an appointment and called to confirm a window (9-12)...no technician! I called (again) and was given another window (12-2)....nothing (again). I called again to learn that ""a glitch"" failed to assign my work request to a technician. I wasted most of the day and did not receive the courtesy of an (honest) call or admission that they could not perform the work needed.
