Charged us $235 to cable our main line without running a camera down the pipe. There are numerous other plumbers who will charge under $100 in Tucson and run a camera to check the condition of the pipes.

Chuck and his staff got right to the property where there was a water leak coming from under the driveway! As a professional estate manager, it's imperative that the leak be repaired immediately if not sooner. Chuck and Joaquin diagnosed the problem and contacted a leak detection firm, the visit from the leak detectors was scheduled much faster than I anticipated. Chuck made sure that the main water line was closed, explained to me what I would need to do should I require water at any time when I might be at the house getting it ready for sale.

Do not use this plumbing service. They are a rip off! I called and made an appointment for a leaky bathtub faucet and a leaky sink. The price quoted was over $700 dollars. I said no thank you, but was still charged $90.00 for the service call.

Our experience went like this....called 24/7 plumbing based on reviews on Angies List. I had a huge leak in my kitchen faucet that made the sink unusable. I called and asked for a plumber to come look at the kitchen faucet and while they were here to also give me an estimate to fix a leaky faucet in my hallway bath. The plumber arrived and wrote up an estimate for work...$1060.00. I thought it was high so looked the plumber in the eye and asked him if that for sure included all the work to be done. He danced around the question so I asked him again and he finally nodded yes. He then asked for the entire amount up front. I feel so stupid! I know better! He had a ""book price"" so he wasn't charging by the hour so I went ahead and paid, but by credit card so that I could have additional protection of there was a problem. Yep, problems! He broke the pipes in the hallway bath while trying to fix the leak. On the estimate the plumber included installation of a new kitchen sink and faucet that we were to purchase ourselves. Squeezing us between other work he came for a couple of hours at a time over the course of several days to repair the pipes and replace the hallway bath faucet. The kitchen sink still not having been worked on. I had to call and insist on him coming back on the 6th day to get my sink done. He had indicated that there might be a small additional charge if there were any additional parts needed to finish the kitchen sink job. He worked for 2 1/2 hours and then presented me with a bill for another $857.00! I said, ""I thought you said that everything was included in the initial estimate?"" Again, he danced around the question. After several attempts to get him to answer my question and having no success, I paid again by credit card to get him out of my house! I contacted the owner who's response was that he stood by his pricing and acknowledged that they were not the cheapest. Or the most honest! And, the kitchen sink is leaking and the pipe job in the bath has a crimp in it that will need further repairs before we can seal the wall back up. So, if you want to pay over $260.00 an hour for sub par work, these are you guys!

Once again 24/7 Plumbing saved the day and they didn't even come to the house. How did they do this? By talking me through solving my own problem at no charge. I don't know of many other companies that are this honest and ethical. This is not the first time I have done business with them and I have always received top notch service.

My parents have used this company many times in the past and I understood them to do a decent job for the price. I had called them once before and they seemed helpful. Although the last time, the technician said he could replace the filters in my reverse osmosis filter and he did the job on the back end of his pickup which I'm not sure is sanitary. Then he forgot to turn on the water so the tank would fill up which took me a while to figure out. But hey, maybe it wasn't his thing.

However, this last time was an experience that left a bad taste in my mouth and so I would say buyer beware.

I called them because we had trouble installing and adjusting the mechanism in our Toto toilet. In the process, a shut off valve that was installed by this same company a few years ago went out. So we had to shut off the house to avoid the water running constantly. I called them in the morning and they came out the same day. Two men showed up to look at the toilet. We had left one small piece off the aparatus. So I found that and they installed it. Then they adjusted the toilet to try to get it flushing correctly. Then they replaced the shut off valve to the toilet. They spent less than an hour at my house and charged me $350 dollars. They did not give me an estimate up front and I was taken aback by the cost, but what do you do at that point?

So the shut off valve works fine, but the toilet, not so great. It doesn't flush unless you hold the handle now but we are dealling with it. Consequentially the shower lost pressure, not sure how or why so if I call a plumber, I will not call them.

We used 24/7 last year and they replaced a washing machine faucet for a reasonable price. This time we needed a toilet flange replaced so we called 24/7. I had already removed the toilet. I neglected to ask for a quote and they charged us over $770 for a job that took less then 2.5hrs with under $70 in parts. Service man also checked bathroom sink drains (10 minutes?). After complaining he reduced the price to $650. My fault for assuming they still charged time and materials but $770 with discount and after tax for a flange replacement??????

Spoke to Chuck he owner to set up an appointment. This company was recommended by my Air Conditioning guy ""Family Air"" and result, AWESOME. Had a tech out in less than 2 hours and described the problem. Turned out it was a landcape issue and not a plumbing issue. No charge!! These guys are great and will use them forever!! Thanks Chuck and thank Brian the Tech!!!!!!
