Our experience and our neighbors experience has been horrible. 24/7 and its owner/principal bid on a whole house gut. Everything was new and their responsibility. We've had to hire another plumber to redo and fix 50% of the original work. He marveled at the shoddy, unfinished work of 24/7. I thought he would cry. What other problems lurk in our walls and floor from 24/7? They left holes in the floor in shower and bath, tub filler was not even secured to floor or tile ( it shot up and sprayed water all over and right through the hole to out first floor) They blamed any plumbing issue on the other contractors tilers, HVAC. Nothing related to plumbing all the while complaining they were not paid enough-we paid them in full.

A friend recommended them after I said I needed plumbing work done so I figured I would give them a try. They are not 24/7. They don't even answer the phone or return calls in a timely manner. To get a quote was like pulling teeth. Ironically after I chose another plumber my friend said he had a few issues with the work they did and that they did not bother making good on it. So he ended up paying a second plumber to fix the work they wouldn't stand behind. Avoid them at all costs.
