Called 24-7 Plumbing and Drain last night after trying to do some DIY plumbing that went horribly wrong. The lady that picked up the phone was very helpful and was quick to schedule me a technician that came the next morning. The technician that showed up was Donald Woodruff, he was polite and knowledgeable, he quickly went to work and was able to fix the damage I did. Thank you 24-7 plumbing for you're politeness and quick response

We've used this company twice and no problems, but now that we have a problem that's under warranty no one returns any of our calls or they say they're coming out on a specific time and day, we wait, and they don't show up and not even a courtesy call to let us know. My mom has called 20+ times to get them to come out and had to tell them that she's going through chemo and really needs a warm shower and they don't care. This company has no integrity.

Horrible customer service. I've used this plumbing company before and had no issues up until now. I've called 951-386-2433 five times within the last week asking for an appt to be setup to fix my toilet tank that isn't keeping in the water. Each time a person from their answering service answers and takes down all my info and claims that someone from dispatch will be contacting me to setup an appt. Not a single person has called me back.
Because I had used this company before, I had saved their # in my phone. They were the only plumbing company I called and today is the last time I'm calling them. Their # will be erased from my phone and I'll have to find another plumbing company.
Once again, poor customer service. How do you expect to get or keep customers if no dispatcher receives the info or chooses not to call prospective customers back.

Have used 24-7 Plumbing many times. Had an emergency with a couple of toilets in our home. Ryan came within 2 hours and did an outstanding job!! Will never use any other plumbing service. These guys are the best.

Being a military spouse something always goes wrong when your husband is gone! My hot water heater was leaking water and I had no clue why! So I called this company and wow! They're amazing service let's say I called at 3:12 pm and they were here by 3:30 turns out my hot water heater was busted but they got right on it and had a new one here within 2 hours. I hope I don't need to call them again but if I need any plumbing needs I know exactly who I will be calling thanks Travis for fixing us up!

Travis from this company just left. He was here to fix a draining problem with my dishwasher. Excellent service! Came within 2 hours after my call to the office!!! Very polite and knowledgeable! Sandy from the office was great too! I worked for a home builder in the area for 13 years so I know a thing or 2 about home repairs and I highly recommend them! Thanks guys for such quick and adorable service!

Sounds great over the phone. Reviews encouraging but then to cancel after waiting for 2 hours when toilets are overflowing, no washing machine and showers and leaving for a vacation this isn't service. Very disappointing. Many of the reviews are misleading in line. 24/7 service good luck finding it. I've been on internet and calls for hours.

I contacted 24-7 plumbing to replace my leaking water heater and I could not be more satisfied. They are very professional, friendly and fast. It is hard to find a honest company that would tell you the truth with no drama, when I called 24-7 plumbing from the lady who answer the phone to the actual plumber they fulfill what they said as far as how the process will go to fix my problem. I highly recommend this company.
