Our water heater leaked and we had a service company come out called emergency plumbing. They said yes indeed your hot water heater needs to be replaced and your insurance will cover the tank and the installation but the modifications are going to be $545 in addition. 24/7 came out and told us that those modifications we're actually part of the normal installation. Donnie Woodruff quoted us a price and it was excellent. The very next morning and he was here with our new water heater made in America. The installation went smoothly and professionally. Donnie was true to his word and did a fine job. We would recommend him to anyone.

Donny came out right away to fix our pipe that was leaking. Very professional, did a great job. Referred us to an excellent restoration company (5 Star Restoration). He responded quickly and took care of our water problem. He explained everything that he was doing.

After F*****g up my house and forcing me to call roto rooters and a sanitization company to clean my house. I was forced to leave my house for two days and this company said they would send a gift card for my inconvenience but that never happened. Can't even plumb a toilet or keep their word. Save your money and time and be safe. Trust Roto Rooters, they fixed my problem in 15 minutes and came to the conclusion that this company did not go the 100 ft into my mainline. They lies. The problem was only 50 ft in. You people have no integrity. Shame on you

.This is an update to my review of 12/13/2015. It appears as if there was a mix up with my service request and another customer who had called to cancel. Donnie the owner contacted me the following day to apologize and asked what he could do to keep me as a customer. Later that morning I received a phone call from the service technician Pat explaining the mix up and again apologizing. As I have had quality work preformed by this company in the past I decided to go ahead and have them fix my leak. Pat showed up on time and did an excellent job in troubleshooting and fixing the leak. Even though the repair required digging in my yard he was very neat and did a great job of cleaning everything up to the point of it being impossible to tell where he had to dig. My faith and trust in this company has been restored and I would not hesitate to use 24-7 Plumbing and drain in the future or to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I called this place to have my hot water heater inspected, and ultimately requested a replacement.

The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because Pat (the guy who actually did the work) was very nice and even took the time to come out before work to take a quick look at my water heater at first.

Now for everything else that happened. I called Pat back after he mentioned payment plans. He said he would have his boss call me back. At that time he made an appointment with me for 9am the next morning. Nobody called me back that day. The next day when I was waiting for Pat to show up, I get a call around 9:17 telling me that he and his boss weren't sure that I wanted to keep my appointment because apparently the payment plans are only when dealing with insurance. So rather than calling me and getting this information (as I was told would happen) they booked over my agreed upon time. On this call, Pat told me he would be out to my place around 2pm-- which I agreed to.He also told me that he would take 50.00 off of my bill due to the inconvenience (since I would now be missing work for this).

Around 2:30pm, I called Pat back because it was 30 min past my appointment time. He said that he meant to call me, but he was stuck on another job and wouldn't be out to my place until 6pm. I understand that jobs run past their normal times, and sometimes unexpected problems arise (in this case it was water damage that was unbeknownst to him before he started the job). However, I am rather upset that it took ME calling HIM 30 min AFTER he said he would be at my home to get this information. Again, however, needing this work done, I agreed to see him at 6pm.

So, he calls me again around 6:05 to tell me that he's about 20-30 min out. Around 7:15, he finally arrives. Once he was here the work was done quickly and cleanly. Then it came time to pay the bill. Now (and not before doing the work) Pat tells me that his boss told him that he can't discount the 50.00 he offered earlier. I was just tired at this time and paid the money. I honestly don't have anything against Pat; however, employees should be trained not to make promises that they can't keep.

In review:
Pat was clean, efficient, and polite.
I ended up with an appointment 10 hrs later than originally promised.
I was promised a 50.00 discount then told that it couldn't be done at the time of payment.


UPDATE: I'm adding 1 star to the review (for a total of 3). Here's why: I received a call this morning from Donnie who I am assuming was the elusive ""boss"" during this entire exchange. He apologized for all of the hassle that I went through yesterday and at the very least acknowledged his mistakes. Recognizing that I had been promised the 50.00 discount before he denied it (he said that he wasn't aware I had already been told about it) he decided to refund 75.00 back to my account for all of the trouble.

Pat is awesome! He works quickly, but pays close attention to detail. We had him install a new vanity in our bathroom and he did a great job! The price was fair and it turned out great! We will continue to use 24/7 Plumbing and Drain.

Reputable, knowledgeable, honest, highly skilled, communicative, and reasonably priced, what else could one ask for? Had 3 toilets replaced and completed in a very short amount of time. One of the valves and supply line had a slow drip and required replacement, which was addressed the very next day. Bar none, excellent service from start to finish. Definitely my go-to guys for any unforeseen (and foreseen) plumbing issues in the future.
