I first called Donnie when my pavers were being installed, and we discovered a drain line that was partialle plugged, and I needed to have a camera run through all the drains to see if there were other problems. He referred me to Tim at Ready-Rooter, who was there in an hour and checked all yard drains for a very nominal cost. Hats off to Donnie for putting the customer first.

I later had a faucet handle that had come loose, and upon inspection, discovered it had been improperly installed (in a former model home). Michael came the next day and did an amazing job. I was particularly impressed with how fast and efficient he worked. And the bill was more than fair.

Our water heater leaked and we had a service company come out called emergency plumbing. They said yes indeed your hot water heater needs to be replaced and your insurance will cover the tank and the installation but the modifications are going to be $545 in addition. 24/7 came out and told us that those modifications we're actually part of the normal installation. Donnie Woodruff quoted us a price and it was excellent. The very next morning and he was here with our new water heater made in America. The installation went smoothly and professionally. Donnie was true to his word and did a fine job. We would recommend him to anyone.
