While I don't want to jinx myself as the water has only been back on about an hour - I've got to say I was really quite impressed. I called 24-7 with the worry that I had sprung a main line water leak underneath my fake grass lawn and would they be able to protect it since you can't just stick a shovel in it. The woman at the office actually said she had to call the owner but they ended up sending Patrick out to help me.

Patrick did a wonderful job, going out of his way to try and protect my pricey lawn and, when there was no other choice but to take it up, he managed to put it back together looking like he'd never touched it.

In spite of the heat and the hardness of the ground he simply took care of it and managed to fix the leak, which turned out to be a hair line fracture in a repair that had been done prior (by a different company). He also went out of his way to use a stronger fix so it wouldn't repeat the problem.

The pricing felt more than fair for all his labor. Though it was a very nice bargaining sort of price tag. The company did not give me an estimate upfront so he just straight out asked me if I felt what he thought the price should be was fair. And I'm pretty sure it was about what the previous fix had cost me to within maybe $20 or so. So it felt like he knew his business end as well.

I'm not only satisfied, I'm keeping his card so I can ask for him specifically for the next plumbing job I need. I figure if he can get through that, nothing else should faze him much.

Terrible service and dishonest. Paid Donnie to install a tankless water heater after my old tank water heater burst and flooded my garage. I paid a lot more for switching to the tank less water heater which he informed me he had researched with the manufacturer that it was compatible with my home's plumbing system. After the install i noticed the next morning that it was taking 5 minutes just to get hot water to my shower. I contacted 24-7 Plumbing and Drain and Donnie came out a few days later to tell me that the way my home's plumbing pipes were designed that was going to be the end result. He then contacted the tankless water heater manufacturer and came back with a solution. He informed me that a resurculation pump with a thermastat was need to circulate the existing cold water out of the pipes back to the water heater to avoid the lengthy period of time it was taking to get hot water. Well $900.00 later after spending $1,800.00 previously was hard to swallow but he convinced me that this was the answer. Well after the second install it still did not solve the problem but did lessen the time to get the hot water down to 2 minutes instead of 5 minutes. I contacted 24-7 Plumbing again to fix the system but he refused to deal with the problem stating it was the home builders faulty plumbing design of my home and he could no longer help me. Buyers beware of this company!

Donnie reached out to me after he noticed my Yelp posting. He explained that his answering service misplaced my message and he was very apologetic.He scheduled an appointment to come out and repair the leaking shower stall and the sprinklers. He sounds like a responsible business owner and I will definitely call him for my next project.

I had a water heater that needed replacement due to a leak. I needed a Saturday appointment and called a number of plumbers. Donnie was able to meet on a Saturday and gave me a fixed price. Other quotes were higher by 30%. He also saw the water heater was under warranty. He called the manufacturer and found we had a $300 warranty rebate. That saved us!
His work was thorough and complete. He also identified another pipe leak we were unaware of. I would recommend 24/7 plumbing for anyone looking for good honest service.

Woke up to find water heaping out of my floor on the side of my house and all through the front yard. Called adjuster which was no help off the bat she did say trying get that takes a s a p. She will not be out for a few days. Called 24/7 plumbing spoke with Donny who was over in a flash great guy great service would highly recommend. The stress of home ownership can be daunting but thanks to Donny I'm at ease right now thanks again Donny.

I recently had a pipe burst under the slab foundation of my home, I knew at that point I was going to have to get my house repiped since with a repair the old pipes could leak at another location at a later time. So I started checking around for plumbers and set up an appointment with 24-7 Plumbing. Donnie came out, found the location of the leak and gave me my options , the pricing was very reasonable and the work was done professionally with much detail to cleanliness along the way. I would recommend these guys and would definitely use again if needed for any plumbing repairs.

Outstand service!!!!!! Fast, and great work. Donnie did an outstanding job. It looks better than it did when it was brand new from the builder!

Called and set up for service and was told the tech will be out today. Seven hours af waiting at home I called back to double check on time and was first told that I did not talk to them. I explained that I hit redial from the morning call so then I get a bogus excuse that the message was lost. Then I get some sorry excuse that they cannot come out and do the job. A total waste of a day to hear sorry excuses.

I called about 5 companies and this one answered on a Sunday evening had no problem coming out at 7 pm to fix my water heater. Donnie came out fixed the problem and was out fast. Talked with him after he was done he seemed like a nice guy I would highly recommend this company as well as for the price.
