Spent £1000 for half day and two hours and they couldn't find the leak or even give any more indication on where it was, a so a total waste of money.
Would have been better calling out a heat engineer.
Their website says money back if no leak is found but I still needed to pay. Was taken in by glowing reviews and flash tools.

He answered EVERY question, why my floor could be hot, tested my sprinkler system, put a gauge on the spigot outside to test for continuous pressure, checked the main and through his explanation made me feel really assured that it was a thorough check. Short story:
Ceasar is a fair consumate professional who goes more than the extra mile . He is a pleasure to work with. If you have or suspect a leak - he should be your guy!

Longer story:
We have a Flo by Moen leak detector that had been reporting ""microleaks"". Then, it reported a larger one where the system shut off our water as a precaution. We called Ceasar, who came out the next day and quickly discovered the source of the leak, and then just to make sure, he checked again and found another one - OK, and then another one. Problem solved! And then one more test. He found that with the water turned off, some of our outdoor faucets still were operational. How could that be, especially since all of our water went through the Flo detector? Ceasar then combed our property and discovered a completely separate water line that was somehow buried in concrete under a stone path in the front our house. He pinpointed the exact location and then with a bit of jackhammering later, Ceasar discovered a completely separate water line that was somehow buried in concrete under a stone path in the front our house that HAD BEEN LEAKING FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS! He capped that and helped us document so that we could file a claim with the DWP and then - fixed the stone path better than new. Any other ""plumber"" would have fixed that first leak and been on their way. Not Ceasar, he is just laser focused on not just getting a job done, but really solving problems. And with great communication about what is happening and ultimately, a fair and reasonable price.
