During the weekend, late at night, my air conditioning stopped working and I submitted a claim to my home warranty and 24/7 Heating and A/C was the assigned contractor. I left a voicemail and emailed them to verify they received the claim and the office responded in the morning. We agreed on a scheduled time and the tech came out on-time, was friendly and respectful of my home. We discussed the issue and he was able to quickly diagnose the needed repair. He had the parts available and efficiently completed the work. He tested everything before he left and now my home is cool again! Very simple process and one of the best A/C repairs I've ever experienced. Thank you!

I am now understanding the lack of glowing reviews for this company. First appointment was set for Monday between 8am and 9am. employee arrived after 1pm. He took the door being replaced, left hardware laying on the floor. Took the door to be sanded etc. Another appointment scheduled for Friday from 8am to 9am did not show up until 12pm he replace the door and all the hardware and is just NOW painting it, requiring laying down plastic and taping off hardware. I don't build or restore houses for a living but I am fairly certain the door could have been painted YESTERDAY so the employee only had to replace the hardware and put up the door. My house now smells like paint and I am still waiting at 1pm. who paints a door when it has already been put back on the hinges and is inside the home???
I didn't have a choice, this company was hired by a management company, seems like the norm. If you have a choice I could not in good faith or even mediocre faith recommend a company that does not value people's time, cant stick to a schedule and opts to execute simple jobs the most difficult way possible.

You should read some of your reviews and look at improving your customer service and timely repairs.

I rent a house so the realtor contacted this company based on the owner's home owner's policy. My heater stopped working so I wasn't getting any heat. I noticed this on a Sunday night & messed with the thermostat & it didn't do anything. When I woke up Monday morning I looked at it again & it was saying the house was 65. It was soooo cold in the house & freezing in the spare bedrooms cause I keep the doors closed. I sent a maintenance request to the realtor who ended up calling me right away & asked a few questions & then decided we needed someone to come out & take a look. So she later sent me an email telling me that 24/7 would be the one to come to the house. I waited a few hours to hear from there & when I didn't I called them. The lady who answered the phone was very nice, had the work request but told me no one could come out that day (Monday) cause they were already booked. I thought to myself.........I guess the 24/7 doesn't mean they are open 24 hrs??

I told the lady how cold my house was. She told me someone could come out first thing Tuesday am between 8am-10am. I wasn't very happy that I was going to have to freeze my bum off another night but if that was all they could do I was basically stuck with it. She told me the person would call me prior to coming to my house. She also told me she texted me & sent me an email with this info. I confirmed what phone # she had was mine. I had to inform her that I never got a text nor an email from her....hum???

The next day my door bell goes off @ 8:15am & I'm not one to answer my door unless I'm expecting someone. Well I never got a call from 24/7 telling me they were on their way. I had thought that maybe it was someone from there & got the courage to open the door. I found man, maybe mid 40's standing there, empty handed, no visible uniform or ID badge on him. I couldn't see a work truck from my front door to verify he was from 24/7. He told me he was from 24/7. If I didn't know someone was coming I wouldn't of let this guy inside. I find it a little unprofessional when someone comes to the house to do work & has no identification of who they are or who they work for visible on them.

I let him in, told him I was informed he was suppose to call me when he was on his way & he said he never got that message?? I know other companies do this so I don't know why this guy would only get a message for my service & not any of the other calls he does everyday?? I explained to him what was going on. He looked at the thermostat & had asked me where the attic was. He went into the attic & was up there for about 45 minutes. He found that some spark plugs were out & he replaced them. He was also nice enough to replace the cave man thermostat on the wall with a simple, on/off, up/down one. He was at my place for about 1hr 15 minutes & he fixed the heat. Made sure it worked & was checking the temp. thru the vents. I had reported that my fire detector in my bedroom had been going off on Monday & wasn't sure if that had anything to do with the thermostat? He ended up replacing the battery in the hallway one even after I told him I believed the chirping was starting with the one in my bedroom. Luckily I know how to change the battery cause I ended up having to do it myself. He left once the heat was good & the house was warm.

I'd recommend this company but they need to improve on their notification from the office staff (never got the text or email to make an appointment) to the workers that come to the house. Also have your employee's wear a uniform & have a badge with a picture, name & the company name on it. I have no idea what the guy's name was as he never told me his name. One should at least park their van/truck where it can be seen.

I don't want to give even one star. They were sent out by my landlord to fix my toilets. The guy they sent stole from me! I called the company, they said that they would look into it. It's been over a week now and nobody has tried to resolve this at all. I am a business owner myself. So I will tell all my friends and clients to not use this place. They hire thief's!!! Maybe the owner is even in on it, since clearly ther is no resolution.

Danny has been to my place several times and the office tries to cutdown the service window as much as possible because they know that I have a busy work schedule. I rent and my landlord always sent vendors that had inconvenient service hours. I can always count on 24/7 and Danny to finish the work on the first visit. Sometimes they require additional approval because of cost, but they try to get back within the next few days. I have had several faucets and toilet plungers replaced as well as a water heater. I am glad the landlord now only sends 24/7 to my place because of fast response and reasonable hours. I like that they try and send the same service technicians because they are already familiar with your property. I also like when the main office use text messages to confirm schedule because sometimes it's just faster than a call. Thank you!

I am renting a home and this is the company the owner is choosing to use. They have a lack of communication and have never gotten a job done on the first visit from plumbing to AC services. My AC has been out for 3 days and they have yet to fix it going on 3rd visit to fix. Imagine the cost to the homeowner and the renter who has to take time off to accommodate the repairs. Hoping I have a job after the shenanigans.

Horrible company! Lack of communication. The employees sent out to clean up and dry out the house had no direction from there management. After four days of wondering what was going on with the clean up? Finally a so called field manager and his side kick shows up. Then it went from bad to, I just stepped into the twilight zone. After questioning the two about the alcohol on there breath. I told them that i was not comfortable with the situation, and did not want them working in the house. After I said that to them. They proceeded to verbally abuse me, and got very aggressive. Honestly, I thought I was going to get jumped by the two, in my driveway.
This really happened to me. Go somewhere else.
Negative -5 is what I give them!
