beware! this company has two names and their service is awful! they promised a 3:00 appointment and it's 5:00 now. still no show! guess they are out partying for memorial day. i phoned all of the numbers and reached the owner. she did not apologize and finally told me that she was not willing to do the job. seriously? this woman should not own a company until she learns some customer service skills. how awful!

We discovered an issue with our septic tank the Saturday after Christmas and called several contractors for help. 24/7 Grease Traps was the only contractor to return our call. They arrived approximately 30 minutes before the promised time and got right to work. The contractor was very knowledgeable and answered all of my husband's questions. Three days later and happy to report that we haven't had any issues. We are very grateful that the issue was resolved in such a timely manner over a holiday weekend. We would definitely recommend 24/7 Grease Traps to others and will be contacting them again when our septic tank needs to be cleaned.
