We met with James from 24/7 Drainrooter as a referral from our home warranty provider. We did not know what to expect. We were very impressed with the assessment that James provided and his professional manner and would have been confident to have him do the repair work on the specific damaged parts indicated in an instant. However, because we were able to have a family member contractor replace the whole cast iron plumbing system beneath the house with ABS pipe at a cost that we couldn't refuse, we did not have this company actually perform the repair service.

James came to our rescue! At 8:00 pm on the Friday before New Years day we discovered that both our toilets were backed up and would not flush. We called Rescue Rooter and they said they could not come until the next day. We found James online and and he answered the phone.
He said he was leaving a job in Oceanside and would be at our house in El Cajon in 1 hour. He arrived in 45 minutes and immediately found a large clog of toilet paper in our cleanout. He broke it loose, told us to flush the toilets and they were now working perfectly. He had quoted us the cost of an after hours service call which I thought was more than fair.
He ended up charging less after finding out the problem. James is honest and charges a very fair price. We will definitely call James for any future problems we may have and I have already recommended him to one of our friends. James is a USMC combat vet and according to my husband who talked with James after he finished, a great guy!

honestly worst decision i ever made . At first he seemed like a honest guy but i ended up paying 10 times more than the other bids i got this guy told me there was all kinds of stuff wrong with my plumbing when it was just replacing some cheap angle stops , he wanted to tear up my bathroom and replace copper pipes that were not even leaking. To top it off he was speaking really loud on the phone cursing and talking very rudely and mentioned something about minorities . good thing my friend helped me out and i realized i was being RIPPED OFF

Professional, highly skilled and excellent customer service! You cannot ask for a better plumber/contractor! James is the owner/plumber of 24/7 Drainrooter and he went above and beyond in helping expedite the installation for us of a new tankless hot water heater. After 2 weeks w/o hot water - James was referred to us and he went above/beyond to get our new tankless hot water heater installed quickly. He was very patient with our questions and he welcomes customer interaction. We've owned many older homes over the years and have had interactions with many plumbers, contractors, etc. - James is at the top!
