I have used the 24/7 All Services two different times in the past couple of years and in both cases, I was very pleased with their work. They were very respectful of my property and cleaned up well before they left.

Terrible terrible terrible terrible !!! Not only did I have to wait a week while they kept re-arranging their schedules to do a plumbing job for me, they did a terrible job and I couldn't get them to come back out to repair it so I ended up doing it myself AFTER paying them.

Called 24 7 after business hours, lady answered to my surprise. Scheduled appointment to have GFCI plug repaired. Called promptly to confirm appointment before coming. Tech showed up and quickly rectified the problem. Since they charge minimum service call, offered to fix anything else we needed done. Most companies would have taken the money and ran. Really impressed with service. Definitely a company that will be around for a long time if they keep up the great service.

So my overall experience was good with 24/7, I did get an answer after hours and they did have a tech out the next day, the only thing I was a little uneasy about was that the tech was very quick to say my pump was shot and needed a full replacement (however the pump had already gone out twice so I kind of knew it was on its last leg already) however a more in depth look into it would have made me feel better about paying so much for an entire new system. That aside, I did speak to the owner ray that evening and he was a very kind person and very helpful and guaranteed me the techs would be out first thing in the morning to start working in the new pump and they for sure were! Everything seems to be working great now, time will tell for the quality of work but for this far I would recommend
