We hired him to replace our water heater at our rental property. We sent him the serial number of the old one and he told us to buy any 50 gallon water heater at Home Depot and he'll pick up and install. He did not realize there are no water heaters at Home Depot that fit our location. Instead of measuring upon arrival he disassembled our water heater and then realized it doesn't fit. He left everything out and we had to hire someone to fix it as an emergency as we had tenants staying at our property. He blamed us for getting the wrong heater. Then he STOLE our brand new heater and took it home, threatening he would sell it if we didn't pay him IN FULL for not doing the job or the proper research to do the job right. When I called him to work it out, he admitted that he's done this many times before, the police won't do anything about it and he wants full payment or he keeps our property. He literally laughed at us. There are guys that want more money, then guys that are just thieves. DO NOT HIRE THIS CROOK. He belligerently stole our property for collateral.

Do not recommend 23hoursplumbing with Dan, he is not honest and overcharge. Here is the story, we just hired him to do plumbing at the apartment, he agreed with $150 then he came to apartment (appointment 5:00pm, he came at 7:00pm) then he asked for 220V power source, we don't have near the drain then he demanded for $200 that use his own 220V power. The job is not professional and customer feels like to be rob $50, power source supposed to include the deal when performing the drain with original agreement $150. Be aware of this kind of business. I will report his license to state board with this dishonest and kind that cheat customer on the job...

I called Mr. Dang for my daughter's plumbing problem. He called another person come to clear out the drain. I paid to that person because he was there. They told me that if the problem again just call them back. A little more than a week later, the same problem occurred, I called Mr. Dang. He told me to call the other person. I called the other person. This person told me that he was let go by Mr Dang, and also informed me that Mr Dang got 25% of what I paid him. I called Mr Dang back, but he insisted that I did not paid him directly that means he does not have responsibility for my issue. I told him that when I paid the guys that were there I thought I paid him. Anyway, he refused to go back to solve the issue; then he texted back that if I pay him $100 more he will come back. His lic.# 965815. This is not right. I called him and whoever he sent, he should be responsible for their work. Seem to me, he just want the money but not the responsibility. Call him at your own risk.

We called Dang a year ago for a pluming problem with our toilets because of a tree we have in our front yard that keeps growing its roots in the sewer line. Dang come out to our house within twenty minutes and knew where to unclog our toilets (from the toilet vent on the roof). He has all the necessary equipment to get the job done. Just recently we had the same root problem and called him again and was here at a moments notice. He has competitive pricing also. I recommend calling 23 Hour Pluming any day.

Dan came out immediately to our house after the plumber we originally hired was unable to do the job and called him to come with his large rooter.

He was prompt, efficient, completed the work and charged me less than the plumber who couldn't do the job. We will use Dan again and highly recommend him!
