Called regarding a leak in the bottom of my toilet causing water to seep through the wood floors raising it.

Ricky came in for a 3:30 pm appointment, NOT promptly and assessed situation. He said no leaks were seen but after explaining that the wood floors were raised from a slow leak coming out of the toilet, he took a second look and found that it was occuring. Ricky said he did not have the necessary tools to complete the task at hand and scheduled to come back the following day at 3pm to complete the project. Well its 3:10pm the next day and he text's me that he cannot make it because he just finished another job and is 2hrs away?!! 2 hrs away and contacts me 10 minutes after the appt time scheduled...

Something sounds very DISHONEST! An HONEST business would have given a heads up to the customer atleast 30-45 minutes before the appt.

BEWARE. INCONVENIENCE WAS THE RESULT FROM MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.

My new water heater was installed in less than 24 hours
Everything works great and this company goes above and beyond to help you and understand you as a customer
Job was done fast!! And everything works great

Based on my experience I will give this company a 10********** from the moment I called and talked to TINA to the tech doing the work VERY PROFESSIONAL
And the warranty is excellent also I did shop around and I got good price !! They do go above and beyond
