My water heater pilot light went out and I couldn't get it stay lit after several attempts. Made a few calls and finally decided on 210 Plumber. As hot water is a necessity, I needed to have someone come out the same day. Russell made it out and was very professional and helpful explaining my options. He even noticed my water heater was under warranty and was able to get the manufacturer to honor the defective part in lieu of charging me for it. I don't think other companies' techs would always do this. He was honest and fair and had me running in no time. I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Someone posted on the neighborhood app looking for a plumber, and I called one of the recommended choices (210-PLU-MBER). The guys came out and went through a series of steps to found the leak. The plumber explained things as he went along so that I knew what was going on in the process. The leak ended up being in the wall. The plumber had an apprentice that he was training. The plumber treated his apprentice with respect. It sounds like a weird thing to notice, but it speaks volumes about the character of the plumber. The apprentice never did touch any of the plumbing.(FYI) The leak was fixed, and it was a pain to do it. The leak was in the main pipe right before it splits to provide water to the different areas in the house. My house is older so the location of this leak took some serious maneuvering to get to it and fix it. The end result is that I would use them again if I had major plumbing issues.

We had issues with our water pressure in both our shower heads for long time now. My husband had called and left messages with other plumbers but never got a call back. After seeing positive reviews for 210 Plumber he decided to give them a call. And we are so happy he did. They responded quickly, set up an appointment and today Russell came by fixed our shower heads! The pressure is amazing. Just had the best shower since buying this house 3yrs ago. Russell was punctual, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We will definitely call them again if we have any future plumbing issues.

These people are wonderful ! They are friendly and professional. I have employed them twice now, and each time the charges were way below what anyone else would have charged. Russell even saved me money by telling me I didn't need a new garbage disposal- that it was working fine. He was also kind enough to recommend a faucet to specifications and picked it up for me at the store .
I will employ them every time there are plumbing issues. I highly recommend them. Their service is the best !

Best plumbers ever! We had a toilet that wouldn't stop running. Seemed like an easy fix. My husband replaced the fill valve. Twice. Still running. Then we called a plumber. Still running.
Finally we found 210 plumber. And Steve was so understanding!! He explained everything he was doing. And he knew why it wasn't successful all the previous times. (The lines needed to be flushed) so now we have a working toilet and my faith in plumbing has been restored. Thank you Steve!

Russel and Steve came out to install 2 bathtub faucets. They were on time, professional, and friendly. They explained what they were doing and any issues they encountered. Price was reasonable and as quoted.

Nothing to complain about, at all. And I am a"complainer".
They answered the phone after hours, showed up on time, took the right steps to find the issue, all while taking the proper Covid precautions. and all at a reasonable price.
