Owner Jose R. Rosa Jr. performed work on hooking up our appliances. He then said ""cash only"" which we thought was okay. After we paid him he said he had to run back to his shop to write up a receipt and would drop it off the following day. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. I called twice since then due to his work being faulty and not working properly. He did not return my calls. I called again today and reminded him that the work her performed is problematic and that we still need a receipt. He said that we need to call the appliance manufacturer and that until we do that he will NOT provide a receipt and he will deny ever having performed the work. wow. so please avoid them!!!!
