We had heard from other people about what a great job 208 Plumbing Solutions was so we decided to use them. We got an estimate for an add on to a house and they started work. Everything seemed ok. Then, they didn't come to finish the job so we can't get rough in inspection. They never return calls and the job is now almost a month behind because of them. I would never recommend this company to anyone for any type of project. Not answering the phone and not finishing the job is unacceptable!

I hate having to do a follow up review when I am let down by a company that I previously raved about. I was promised that my water leak would be taken care of between 10-11 this morning. They were a no-show with no call back. I called them at 1230 and there was no answer and no reply to my message. I know there are times with the trades where they get behind, but its polite to call and reschedule. I will not support a company that will not show me that courtesy!

I was left hanging by this company too. They originally came out to look at the job and figure out what water tank to order. They said the water tank was ordered and would be in the next day. I confirmed with them as I was in a rush to get the job done before my tenant came back to town. The next day this company did not show, and did not even give a courtesy call to say they were not coming. I tried contacting them numerous times, but no answer on the phone either. Needless to say, I was scrambling on the day this company was supposed to do the job, and I ended up running to Home Depot to get a tank and do the job myself. It was a very stressful experience. I only hired the job out because I didn't want the stress in the first place.They never did call back, and this was over a month ago.

Left hanging by 208 Plumbing. The owner came to my house promptly to work on a problem. After what seemed like a thorough troubleshooting of my water heater and connections, the owner promised to send a smaller worker the next day to navigate my crawl space. Three days have gone by with 208 as a now-show without a phone call explanation of absence of follow-up. Left me hanging with the problem. Time to find a new plumber.

Great service! Arrived on time, repair was quick and reasonably priced. Plus, he was able to fix an issue with my faucet that I hadn't even thought to ask about! Would definitely recommend.
