2020 Drain Guys are competent, fast, and efficient, at very reasonable prices. Tommy clearly explained the issues we were having with flooding in our yard. They quickly cleared out what could be flushed, and identified a fracture/collapse in a key 30 year old joint which would lead to future flooding problems if not fixed. We'll be calling them back for this repair!

Waste of money. Tommy did come promptly. Made a mess and left. Couldn't fix my outdoor drain. Charged me for full hour. Was here 30 minutes and that was only cause I was with another person working on my house. Left a muddy puddle I'll now have to clean.He advertised himself as an outdoor drain specialist and it's only equipment he had was for sinks and toilets. He told me I need to find someone that had some more sophisticated equipment for outdoor dreams. Once again a waste of my time and money.

Tommy was awesome.
Just had the heavy rains here and our outside storm drain that runs to the street was backed up and starting to puddle up pretty heavily in the back yard. On a Sunday I didn't expect anything to happen then but figured I could try to make an appointment with someone for the following week.
After doing some calling around, came across 2020 Drain Guys. Tommy quoted me a very inexpensive price (especially compared to other places I was getting quotes from). He was on another job at the time but said he'd swing by to check it out after that. He did just that...hour and a half later. He found where the clog was right away, snaked it fully from the back yard to the street and I am SUPER happy.
He was very friendly and had great advice on what we can do to prevent this type of thing from happening again.

DEFINITELY recommend Tommy!

These guys are AMAZING!!! Our toilets and shower drains were completely clogged and we couldn't flush our toilets, turn on the sink or shower water because that water was flowing back into our bathroom shower. We ended up calling these guys for their service at 4 pm and they got to our home within 20 minutes! Their prices are so much more reasonable than the bigger name brand companies. I would highly recommend them if you want great service for a good rate with quick results.
