My son had a leak in his bedroom wall which is up against the bathroom. His insurance company sent out a plumber and water restoration team. The plumber did nothing to fix the problem. I finally took matters into my own hands and called Jose at 2020. We had used them before to replace a hot water heater. Jose was prompt to respond and we set up time for him to come assess the problem. As expected he was right on time. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly. Jose is courteous, smart, and honest. It is so refreshing to know you can call someone you can trust and know they will do a great job. Thank you Jose, as always you don't disappoint.

If there were a minus star, I would give it. The plumber came, did some work that seemed to have cleared my drain. Within a few days, the drain was clogged again. I called the company and was told there was no record of a service to my address. Contacted him directly. He came back. He showed me the drain through a camera which died before he could get a clear look. He said the clog was probably tissue. I got another apparent fix. He said he was not able to clear the drain completely. He said I'd need to pay an additional $1400 for a different procedure which may or may not work. Within another few days, the drain was backing up again. I contacted the plumer to request a refund since he did not successfully complete the job. He said he would consider my request and call me back. I have not heard from him or his company.

We called 20 20 first thing in the morning and got a same-day appointment with Johnny Irizarry to come out and update the broken hardware in our condo's laundry outlet box. He showed up in the appointed window, gave us quotes for two different approaches, and was working on the install in minutes. Even with a trip to get a part for the installation, he was done in less than a couple of hours and we had the requested installation at the quoted price! He even answered our questions about other aspects of the unit's plumbing. Prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

I needed a new shut off valve and toilet stopper replaced. I scheduled an appt for the same day at 10am. Joe came in and took care of the jobs within 30 mins. I was running late to meet him and he waited for me. Quick efficient work. I will be calling 20/20 Drain Clean for all my plumbing needs. They also had the cheapest quote and the price did not change.
