I have had 2020 do work on our A/C system (which they installed for our builder Shea Homes). The fact there were manufacturing defects with a nearly new system was disappointing but had nothing to do with the work done by 2020. Warranty work was provided and they always did as much or more that what was required.
Their customer service has been exemplary. If they said they would call you back they did. If you asked to have information texted to you it was. The technicians always arrived during the time frame allotted and called ahead as requested. One time I had to have them call my neighbor to let them in as I was not available; no problem.
Special kudos to the Service Manager Rudy, his assistant Brittany and the rest of their team. Our A/c went out, the temperature in our home was 96 degrees and I was out of town. Rudy assured me he would stay on top of the repair and would expedite getting any parts needed under warranty. He told me to enjoy my time away and that he and his team would do everything they could to get things repaired. Within 2 days my system was back up and running. Thanks!!

To update a prior review from 3/13/2023. Our HVAC repairs have only become more distressing. 20/20 did the HVAC install for our brand new/new Contruction home. Did we get a lemon? Not sure. Since February 2023, we have spent $2,360.75 on repairs (labor). Parts covered under warranty, but of course not labor. Items for heater that have been replaced since early 2023 are a pressure transducer switch (2), burner box, circuit board, and gas valve. Just a few weeks ago, we began having cooling issues. Just had the evaporator coil replaced in the attic (due to leak) and a run capacitor replaced for the condenser. Quite the laundry list of materials that have failed for a relatively new system (4 years old). For those out in Yelp land looking for an HVAC install. Just do your due diligence.

Horrible service, terrible communication and even worse quality. They installed a brand new air and heating hvac unit and it broke after 3 months. I had take 2 days off for them to come out and repair it. One morning they just arrived at my front door without an appointment for their 2nd visit. I'm really at a loss to understand how such a crappy company can still be in business. I addition, the technician left my stairs, thermostat and wall dirty. Horrible service, spend your money some where else. I wish I could.

Gene came over and resolved our family's plumbing issue. He meticulously and painstakingly troubleshot the problem all the while conducting himself professionally with zen-like patience and establishing rapport with me. Masterful work and a great attitude, thank you Gene!

Just moved into our new build. We weren't provided with proper instructions for running multiple zones. Isaiah came this morning. Our Casita wasn't getting much air conditioning. He took the time to listen and checked everything. He educated us on the zones and checked our bleed percentage. We appreciate the time he took and the adjustment he made. Great service! A technician by the name of Isaias came to our home after we discovered problems in our HVAC system and the distribution of air flow. The tech listened to our concerns and fixed the problems right away. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommended them.

Isaias is beyond excellent!! He deserves more then 5 stars! He was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable of everything he was doing. Beyond appreciated! Me and my husband moved into our brand new home December 2022 and since we moved in during the winter we never had to turn on our AC until we finally went into this heat. We noticed we started having issues with AC when we would turn it on their was water leaking In the backyard on our secondary line (water shouldn't have been leaking from there) from our roof. Also, anytime we would turn on the AC the compressor in our master bedroom closet would make a loud buzzing noise. Isaias first fixed the water leaking in no time and at first I wasn't sure the buzzing noise was going to be fixed without breaking through the wall to fix the problem/buzzing noise lol, and he fixed the issue. Extremely grateful and my husband and I would definitely recommend him. Thank you so much Isaias.

Huge thank you to Ralph the drywaller for fixing up my ceiling after a water leak. Ralph is an honest, hardworking, and joyful man that does not cut any corners, you don't find a lot of people like that these days. Our downstairs vents weren't working properly and put technician Jamil figured out the issue in less than a day, now all our vents work even better blowing more air out!
Before Jamil walked inside he put shoe covers on and even carried a mini vacuum with him for any dust that may have fell. 5 star service.

There was an unexpected water leak in our bathroom that caused damage to another area of the home and we ended up having the plumber come over, identify and resolve the problem quickly. Extra kudos to Drywaller Ralph who was not only courteous and professional, but observant in patching up holes in the walls. He went above and beyond to make sure all areas needing service were addressed.
