I had a leak under my sink, Joe was very helpful in knowing how to fix it, he got back to me the same day. He is very responsibly priced. Ive used him several times and he has always been able to fix the problem.
I have read some of the very old negative reviews and find them hard to believe. We had a very clogged kitchen sink line and 2 Thumbs Up came out on a Saturday. They called ahead as promised, were very professional and definitely knew what needed to be done and the best way to accomplish the task. Joe did a great job and the charge was as quoted. Thanks Joe.

Joan M.Do not use this plumber. Took gross advantage of me. Joseph Corcoran. Way overcharged me. Slick ripper-offer. I got really ripped off by him. Horrible!!!
Jason N.WARNING!!! Do NOT call this so called ""plumber""! This guy is a scam artist! His name is Joseph Corcoran, and not only will he try and rip you off; but he's completely incompetent. Anyone reading this review, please message me on Yelp's platform before you call this guy! Or just skip over this incompetent scammer, you will thank yourself later!
Joe is great. Been our plumber for years. Both small jobs and large. Always done right the first time. Joe always fully explains any options so we can come up with the best solution. Came to us with great personal recommendations and we highly recommend Joe to our friends who need quality plumbing services.
Pamela D.I called Home Depot and they gave me a website to go to, as they do not have any people to do work (website: prorefferal.com) after about ten minutes Joe called me from Two Thumbs Up. I told him the problem and he said he would be here this morning at 8:30a.m.
Jerry, his partner arrived at 8:40 a.m. and Jerry said Joe would be at my home soon but he had to drive his wife to work. Joe arrived at 9:10 a.m.
I showed him the issue, which was my kitchen sink. It was leaking a bit and I had a toilet issue (running sound) however, that was no big deal. I was concerned about my kitchen sink. joe looked at the sink and said maybe the faucet hose was faulty (Moen). He sent Jerry to see if he could get a new hose for the Moen. They he said it would cost around $35.00. I then told Joe that I would rather replace the Moen sink sprayer so he texted Jerry to return (btw, Home Depot did not have a replacement).
Jerry came back; I asked Joe to put the sink sprayer back on and I would go and buy a new one the following day.He wrote out an invoice and charged me $180.00 dollars! He said the time was for two men. ""Didn't I explain that? I said no"". Btw, Jerry is learning and did not participate in any thing except hold the flashlight. I told him that was way too much, as the time at my home was only one hour, 20 minutes (he arrived at 9:10 am)
I did not know what to do so I paid him. In the meantime, my kitchen sink is not fixed and now more water is pouring out under my sink then before. I called Joe back up this afternoon and told him it was worse and would he come back out to look at it, as I felt it was not connected back up correctly. He said, "" you need to replace it"". He said that three times.
I feel I was taken advantage of, big time. $180.00 is a lot of money for nothing accomplished.
I'm very upset that I was taken advantage of.

Christian O.Absolutely unbelievable. My wife and I own the home and have since 2006. Anyone who reads any of these reviews and still uses 2 Thumbs Up Plumbers for their plumbing or any other needs needs is out of their mind. As I said in my first post, I am not out to discredit anyone trying to make an honest living but when I read such a fabricated, dishonest response to my experience as described in my post, I can't help but wonder how some people are able to look themselves in the mirror. My recommendation is that you not respond to this post, you will only dig yourselves in deeper.
Lindsay H.Called 30 mins before arrival, as stated when I scheduled the appointment... in and out in less than an hour... pleasant, professional, and even checked out my water heater free of charge after I mentioned in passing I wasn't sure it was working great. I took a bunch of cards to leave for the new owners of my home, my realtor and all my friends. Thanks Joe!
Larry S.Wow, don't hire this company, I hired then to fix a jetted tub. They went out and worked hours on it and then it still did not work had them come back out again they sent me two bills for each visit and it still did not work. So I called and said I don't think I should pay this for my owner. He called me a bully and said he was going to take me to court. Been a few years back. I paid him and then got a real plumbing company to fix it a hour!..2 Thumbs down. Plus they gave me a bid for a new pump that we did not need. It was a simple fix.. I would not even give them 1 STAR!.
Robert B.We bought a condo in Boise and there were some plumbing issues that the seller needed to fix. They hired a contractor who sub-contracted to 2 Thumbs Up. The work was shoddy and incomplete. We had to get another plumber in to correct the issues as 2 Thumbs Up would not rectify them without the purchase of a warranty. The new plumber fixed the issues at half the cost of the warranty and stated how poorly the job was done.
