Made an appointment yesterday and received a kind, respectable response. I received an email and two text reminding me of my appointment today. I call the business to ask where the plumber is and the representative tells oh we were just about to call you, REALLY??? Looked I've worked customer service for a total of 33 years federal service including the military, I know the drill okay, Please!!! You should have reached out to me at 09:30 am, not me calling you. I'm 100% disabled and I have serious medical issues, and contacted a business I tbought I could depend on. Oh, the plumber just walked in at 10:45 am. Wow!!!
UPDATE: Had to get a New toilet due to the old tank being cracked. The plumber did a great job!! Upgraded from a 1 Star to 4 star, and not a 5 due to contact rep trying to BS me. If you mess up, own it, don't side step it.
Dominique J.This is the by far the best company i have ever used for plumbing services. In January they replaced a water heater for me. We used their services again to replace a toilet in our home. You get what you pay for with them! I would rather pay a little more for a great job than pay less for a headache. Would highly recommend them!
Jim F.Had an appointment for a quote this afternoon that I made yesterday morning. Got a phone call a half an hour before my scheduled window was up that they weren't coming because of an emergency. Definitely not a company that's reliable... what a waste of my time.
I needed a plumbing solution with a quick turnaround, preferably same day. I reached out to one plumbing company on a Friday morning and they told me that they couldn't schedule me until Monday of the following week. Since my first choice said there was no way to schedule me in until later I decided to shop around. The next place I reached out to was ""2 Sons Plumbing."" I talked with a representative named Tyler and told him my problem and that I needed someone to come out before the weekend preferably. At first he hinted that there were no openings, but then he followed up with ""hold on a second, I think I can squeeze you in before the weekend."" Some kind of way he found a spot to squeeze me in that same day.
Later that evening the plumbing service technician came to my residence and he was prepared with his N95 mask, gloves and booties for his shoes. He was extremely professional and stated all of the potential costs up front. His work flow was great because his method of approach was to go with the least invasive, and cost prohibitive method and then go on from there. In short order he was able to rectify my plumbing problem and provide exemplary service. Tyler was fantastic! Thanks so much 2 Sons Plumbing for going out of your way to accommodate this customer, even with short notice. I am very appreciative of your company!
Nait B.The good: The appointment process was super easy. They were extremely helpful and rather delightful and got us an appointment right away. They Called 3 or 4 times to verify the appointment and were super professional.
The bad: when the guy arrived (on time) we let him know what the issue we were having(faucet leaking from the base). Looked at the kitchen sink for about 2 minutes and told us it would be $650 to replace the faucet even though I told them i just wanted to replace the O-ring. He said it was impossible to know exactly what is wrong and the easiest thing to do would be to replace the whole thing. I am assuming the job was to small for them. Maybe they are hurting due to Covid and they are really marking up their prices. I am not sure but what ever it is, he was not interested in what I wanted and he was only interested in the ""easy way"" and then gouged gauged. Will not be calling again.
Don't use this company, they charge way to much for the work they do, they installed a faucet and did some minor plumbing repair on the kitchen sink and charged me $800+, I am a senior citizen and they took advantage of me, the $800 was to include the faucet, so I said I would supply the faucet. They installed the faucet I purchased by still billed me $800, I called but they pretty much just laughed in my face and said they would not adjust the bill, it was what it was. DON'T use them.
Professional, knowledgeable. Not out to get your money like other plumbing services out there! They fixed my garbage disposal free of charge when another company was trying to charge me $1200 - turned out to be a simple solution not requiring repairs or replaced parts. They have my trust and I will use their services again. Highly recommend!
I was charged $450 for absolutely nothing and was told that there was nothing that they could do about it!! My drain was clogged and after the man had supposedly ""cleared the blockage,"" I could not flush my toilets or use the water at all. In fact, he had only made the blockage worse by pushing it all into one spot further down the line. I know this because I had to hire a second company to come out and actually fix the problem the next day. Horrible company and terrible customer service!!
Janette R.Way over priced. They came out almost same day to look at my issue, which i super appreciated, but then quoted me $3k to fix without getting their hands dirty, the plumber that actually fixed the leak spent about 20 minutes sucking out water with a wet dry vac to do some basic trouble shooting before quoting me 1/2 the price. Ultimately I think that the reason their service costs twice as much has more to do with their fancy iPad quoting system than them actually doing the work.

Since posting my review, the manager reached out to my and was very apologetic regarding the whole situation. He offered me a refund which I was totally not expecting. I understand that every company makes mistakes and/or may have an employee that doesn't meet their standards. I really do appreciate the call from the manager and wish him and 2 Sons the best.

My partner and I have had issues with our sewage pipe and called 2 Sons and Plumbing for an estimate. Brandon came out and everything seemed to be going very well. He was professional and knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. He tried to stick the camera through the pipe but we learned that there was some kind of blockage in my neighbors property and unfortunately we couldn't go further until we got the neighbors permission to go on the property. Prior to doing any work, Brandon handed me an iPad and said, ""I just need your signature to authorize me to work on the property."" Of course, I didn't think much of it. Afterwards, Brandon gave me a printed estimate and left. When I went in the house to read it more thoroughly, I noticed that they placed my electronic signature on a contract that states I agree to pay 350.00? That was interesting as he had just told me that we wouldn't be charged because he wasn't able to do anything and again, I must emphasize I was told I was signing for for authorization to work on my property NOT that I agree to pay anything especially after he said to both me and my partner that we weren't going to be charged. I then today received a very unprofessional email from Alicia in billing specifically reminding me that I signed their ""contract"" and if I don't pay, they will send it to collections. I called her and unlike her childish email, I was respectful and calm and simply stated that I will pay the bill as I don't want it to go to collections but I made it very clear that their billing practices are deceptive and we will no longer do business with them. I don't want to cast judgement over the entire business and call 2 Sons and Plumbing deceptive but I sure can say the way Brandon handled everything was at the least deceptive and at most likely he straight up lied. I see a lot of great reviews so again I hope that it's just isolated to this one employee but we have definitely taken our business elsewhere. And will have our pipe fixed this Saturday.
