Don't use this company, they charge way to much for the work they do, they installed a faucet and did some minor plumbing repair on the kitchen sink and charged me $800+, I am a senior citizen and they took advantage of me, the $800 was to include the faucet, so I said I would supply the faucet. They installed the faucet I purchased by still billed me $800, I called but they pretty much just laughed in my face and said they would not adjust the bill, it was what it was. DON'T use them.

Professional, knowledgeable. Not out to get your money like other plumbing services out there! They fixed my garbage disposal free of charge when another company was trying to charge me $1200 - turned out to be a simple solution not requiring repairs or replaced parts. They have my trust and I will use their services again. Highly recommend!

I was charged $450 for absolutely nothing and was told that there was nothing that they could do about it!! My drain was clogged and after the man had supposedly ""cleared the blockage,"" I could not flush my toilets or use the water at all. In fact, he had only made the blockage worse by pushing it all into one spot further down the line. I know this because I had to hire a second company to come out and actually fix the problem the next day. Horrible company and terrible customer service!!

Way over priced. They came out almost same day to look at my issue, which i super appreciated, but then quoted me $3k to fix without getting their hands dirty, the plumber that actually fixed the leak spent about 20 minutes sucking out water with a wet dry vac to do some basic trouble shooting before quoting me 1/2 the price. Ultimately I think that the reason their service costs twice as much has more to do with their fancy iPad quoting system than them actually doing the work.

Since posting my review, the manager reached out to my and was very apologetic regarding the whole situation. He offered me a refund which I was totally not expecting. I understand that every company makes mistakes and/or may have an employee that doesn't meet their standards. I really do appreciate the call from the manager and wish him and 2 Sons the best.

My partner and I have had issues with our sewage pipe and called 2 Sons and Plumbing for an estimate. Brandon came out and everything seemed to be going very well. He was professional and knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. He tried to stick the camera through the pipe but we learned that there was some kind of blockage in my neighbors property and unfortunately we couldn't go further until we got the neighbors permission to go on the property. Prior to doing any work, Brandon handed me an iPad and said, ""I just need your signature to authorize me to work on the property."" Of course, I didn't think much of it. Afterwards, Brandon gave me a printed estimate and left. When I went in the house to read it more thoroughly, I noticed that they placed my electronic signature on a contract that states I agree to pay 350.00? That was interesting as he had just told me that we wouldn't be charged because he wasn't able to do anything and again, I must emphasize I was told I was signing for for authorization to work on my property NOT that I agree to pay anything especially after he said to both me and my partner that we weren't going to be charged. I then today received a very unprofessional email from Alicia in billing specifically reminding me that I signed their ""contract"" and if I don't pay, they will send it to collections. I called her and unlike her childish email, I was respectful and calm and simply stated that I will pay the bill as I don't want it to go to collections but I made it very clear that their billing practices are deceptive and we will no longer do business with them. I don't want to cast judgement over the entire business and call 2 Sons and Plumbing deceptive but I sure can say the way Brandon handled everything was at the least deceptive and at most likely he straight up lied. I see a lot of great reviews so again I hope that it's just isolated to this one employee but we have definitely taken our business elsewhere. And will have our pipe fixed this Saturday. Thank you.

My experience was amazing. David was so friendly and explained the whole process to me. He wrote a detailed invoice for me and showed me pictures. The price was very fair. I had a broken pipe that was continuously leaking and needed to be replaced. He showed up on time and was efficient. I really appreciated that the estimate was free versus other companies that want to charge $79 just to show up at your house to give an estimate. It can be intimidating as a woman to hire any sort of professional service due to the worry of being taken advantage of. The repair also has a one year warranty. This whole experience was amazing. Thank you so much.

We recently just moved to the WA. Last month, our sink backed up for the first time. We called several places to get a quote. My husband didn't choose any of them because they all charge a fee to have a tech come over to do the estimate then the fee will be used towards the repair if we decide to use them. We then found 2 sons, who doesn't charge any fee to come out. So this guy showed up took a look, quoted us $350 plus tax to unclog the sink. At our fault, we needed to get this sink drained ASAP & thought this was the market price in our area, so we gave a go. After under an hour of work, I pointed out the 10% coupon listed on their website. The guy said""the price I quoted you was already discounted."" Really? You won't honor your company's advertised coupon? What's troubling us is not the money, it's the credibility and honesty. Today, our sewerage backed up, we called a different company. Same amount of time took to snake it (under an hour), we only paid $195 plus taxes, then we realized we over paid by 2 sons. I understand every company charges differently. But $150 difference? I gave this company 2 stars because after all, the sink was cleared, job was done. I'll never use them again.

In a case of washing machine installation gone awry, Chad was instrumental in solving the problem. He was courteous, professional, and he got the job done in a timely manner, which meant I didn't have to take another day off work to deal with it.

so we had a plumber come out from a different company and we had a leak on our kitchen faucet. We had recently gotten a new faucet and our faucet was leaking. we were told by this other company, Aqualine Plumbing that our faucet was defective. We called 2 sons plumbing and they came out and immediately found out it was only a gasket and that we did not need a whole new faucet. They saved us several hundred dollars and their plumber, named James was the best and I would give him a 20 on a scale of 10. I would never use Aqualine plumbing again. I am happy to write a great review for 2 sons plumbing and will be happy to use them again.
