after a few hours waiting, he show up and asked $238 for diagnostic electrical issue !!! i am totally confuse, I asked them , do you want to fix it ? what is the issue ? he told me i don't know. we will charge hourly to find out what is the issue - I never see this kind of make money before - (I used them before for pluming and i am happy with that- today she told me we do electrical job as well )

I had 2 Sons Plumbing replace an outdoor faucet last week. My wife approved the work, thinking I had already gotten a quote, which I hadn't. When I got home I was shocked at the price: $871.67 before tax (with existing access and no demo or repair needed). I priced the parts at Lowes - about $60, and the work took about an hour and a half = $533 hr.

I called today thinking there must have been a mistake, but was told that is standard pricing for quality plumbing work. Seems pretty high to me.

After reading Tyler's response to my review I've adjusted my rating to 2 stars. He is right, as he said they did good work, and were upfront about the price before it was done. We have to assume responsibility since my wife and I didn't communicate well before I left town. The 2 stars are to warn others that you will be paying what seems to be a high premium for the work.

Came out within 24 hours of my call. The technician was nice, but reinstalled my toilet incorrectly so the bathroom door does not close. The toilet install comes with a 30 day warranty. I called to get them to come back out and fix it. Spoke to someone named Chris who argued with me about it and then hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I spent $829 (scoped my sewer line and the reinstalled a new wax seal on my toilet) with the company for an hour's work and it wasn't even completed correctly. I won't use them again.

I had water running in my kitchen and called an emergency plumbing service to fix an unknown water leak. A technician was dispatched to my home immediately, after a lot of research and testing. He was able to diagnose that one pipe was cracked on the back side, and most importantly, he told me he could fix it today and just saved me the trouble.
