Yes to Joe's 2 Sons! One of their plumbers used to work for the city, so he really understands the whole sewer-to-the-main situation in this town. Joe's Sons saved our butts a big way by rushing in and helping on short notice, thank goodness!

Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing was recommended by the Home Inspector for the condo I recently purchased and I called the plumber and he came out and gave me an estimate to change 2 toilets and a water heater. I thought the price was a bit much but since the Home Inspector recommended them, I went with the estimate. The estimate was done in March and I scheduled the appointment in April to do the install. The plumber mentioned that the toilets can be a toto or whatever they have in stock. I didn't realize they had to go to Lowe's to pick up the toilets!!! The water heater had to be special ordered. He took pictures and measurements and knew that the water heater will be a tight fit. Day of installation, the CSR was very informative. The plumber had an emergent job that rolled over to my appointment time which was ok and I understood. The CSR called and told me not to worry and that he has everything in his truck and will finish the job the same day. My job was supposed to be an all day job. Plumber came in the afternoon (appointment was scheduled for the morning, 9:00am). As soon as he arrived, he said he realized that the water heater he had in his truck was off by an inch and would not be able to install it. He didn't even try to look at the space again and didn't give any options on what we could do. He said he'd have to special order, which I thought they did since I scheduled this job a month in advance. He said he can install toilets. We said, ok, thinking everything was in his truck only to find out, he had to drive to Lowe's to purchase! More waiting time for him to pick up and come back. Those were some really expensive toilets!!! The toilets were installed and my complaint is that I had this scheduled a month and they didn't do their homework to make sure my water heater fit and the price I paid for the two toilet were very expensive.

Would never recommend this plumbing firm for emergencies as their price gouging is about three times what it would cost under normal circumstances. Plumbers tend to be exceptional lazy under emergency circumstances taking an exceptional amount of time to do the job. A half hour job may take three hours. Why work other jobs when you cover their costs for a week.

Excellent service! We had a leak coming from a kitchen pipe located in our crawl space and Brandon did an amazing job. He was very professional and friendly too. Really appreciated how fast they were able to come out and help us!

Hired these guys to do outdoor spigot replacement which was broken during winter months. Initially the person came said, it will take at least an hour to replace and quoted $600 but it ended up being a very small task. I hope they did a good job, I wouldn't know until later. The reason for this distasteful review is that from start to finish they were misleading and I felt I have been ripped off because they charged me a lot. I'd be careful next time before using them.

Had toilet water flooded our floor, a category 3 water damage. Called two plumbing company to come out for estimate. We got a $1200 estimate (not including additional repairs/material), later reduced to $1000 including free camera check. We decided to pass on this first company as we didn't want to pay the company $1k to open up, and do simple clog clearing.
The second company came and he checked the toilet and says your clog is cleared, before you send more money, let me help you check the septic tank. He found septic tank pump is not running, and suggested we contact septic company. This second company earned our loyalty and recommendation.

I am giving the first company a 2 star rating, and the 2nd company a 5 star rating. I highly recommend Joe's 2 Sons, and Drake is a fine gentleman!

So far so good with Joes 2 sons plumbing. They are a Seattle-based company. I need some drinks hooked up and faucets installed. I used Yelps message service for quotes and they responded right away- in fact, they responded first! Jen from Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing texted me right away asking for contact info. She was super efficient and professional although at first she was setting up the job when I first requested an estimate. She apologized and set up an estimator to come out the next day giving me a couple time windows to choose from. I will give an update after the estimate.
I did use this company in 2020 to install a water pressure regulator as our pressure was 100. The guy who came out said I would save 1,200$ by exposing the water line myself so that was all the motivation I needed to get digging!
He did the work in a few hours and all went smoothly. This was a couple years ago so I don't remember how much it costs and it was expensive. I had to use him as I'm not handy and he was the only person who was willing to come out to the east side to do that job! No problems since: I can rest knowing my plumbing fittings are now protected!

Our water heater had a leak. We called them because of their great reviews on Yelp.

They came same day, which for this type of emergency was huge. And they kept me posted on timing along the way (when the agent would be on his way, etc).

The agent was perfect. He explained everything well, didn't hard sell us on anything, gave us lots of helpful tips and recommendations on how to avoid water leaks like this in the future (flushing out the heating tank once a year).

He installed the new one right there. And we are enjoying a great new water heater ever since.
