Very much reaponsive and quick to answer. Liked the professionalism! A tip- before replying to a customer's request, make sure you read it carefully. Just don't answer to match your rate of responsiveness.

We found a leak in a kitchen pipe, and then wet carpet downstairs. Steve was in our house before we could blink. He recommended an amazing water removal company, and showed us so much warmth and care. When it came time to fixing the pipe he kept us in the loop, fixed everything quickly. When another problem in that pipe was found he stopped work so we could contact insurance and then came back THE SAME DAY, to do the additional work.

This company has customers for life. Thank you for your amazing help and great customer service.

Overall, incredibly unprofessional. Every time I speak with a Customer Service Representative (CSR) it's as if I've interrupted their day and am bothering them by bringing my business. I called to get a quote on a leaky kitchen faucet but could not receive one until the tech has arrived on site. They had nothing available until several days out. Our bathroom sinks are too small to handle most of the dishes and as it is much needed to eat, we decided to give them a shot and wait. Well, the day has arrived, it was past 11:30 during the 10-12 arrival window so I called to inquire on if they have forgotten about us or if I will ever receive a courtesy call before the tech heads our way. The CSR tells me that the tech is running behind and they have no idea how much longer it would take. So I went on to make arrangements to change my whole day to accommodate the company's time when I receive another call from a CSR that had no idea I have spoken to someone else. Only then am I notified that there indeed is a procedure and a courtesy call. It sure would've been nice to know this when I first made the appointment. Not only should I have been notified in general but there were two opportunities: when I said that I've never used them before and that I am a new home owner. When I expressed my frustration on their lack of punctuality, communication skills or attention to detail both of the CSRs became progressively more rude and irritated with me. Taking into consideration that this is already an escalated situation and there is a raging national pandemic they quote me nearly half a grand in repairs for a leaky faucet. If I received outstanding service, the pricing wouldn't be as much of a question. What part of the sink costs nearly half a grand? - because that pricing certainly can't be for their rude Customer Service Representatives or late techs. And please don't delete this review - its very real - after reading other comments on this company I've noticed that the negative reviews are either deleted, ignored or argued with. It seems like the company is not interested in making it right for the customers. I don't have anything to argue about, just sharing my bad experience to save others the time.

Tommy did a wonderful job with us. During these stressful and scary Coronavirus times, he came in and was super incredibly, professional, and supportive. Tommy did an excellent job replacing our water heater the same day - ensuring we had hot water over the weekend.

Submitted a request online to get an estimate. Tommy came the next day for an appointment and installed the water heater the same day. It wasn't an emergency for me but I received an amazing service. Highly recommend!

We were so anxious when our water heater broke, in the midst of the covid crisis. Tommy was amazing! Removed our old and installed new water heater in one afternoon! Super helpful, caring and thoughtful. We really appreciated his time and work to make sure we had what we needed. Thank you again Tommy!

Responded very quickly but expensive. $400 for about half hour work including a small part replacement to fix dripping water of a shower faucet.

Our water heater suddenly started leaking so I quote Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing. They immediately replied my quote and arranged an same day appointment,

Tommy came in to inspect the leaking issue and suggestion to replace a new one as the old one has been used for 15 years.

The replacement was very quick, Tommy did the installation job very well, and so far so good!

My interaction with Brandon and his assistant was very good. They did their job quickly and professionally. My issue with the work done is that it was very expensive for what took an hour to do. $325.00 + tax. It's true that Brandon offered and applied a $25 discount but the final bill was $ $357.00. It seems appropriate that plumbing companies as a whole would have ""tier"" pricing....if the work takes an hour, charge less...work takes longer then charge more. Like I said my job involved approximately 25-30 feet of snaking in a small connection between my washing machine discharge and down the main line...but they only used their small hand-held drill snake, nothing bigger. It got the job done but it was sticker shock. Brandon quoted me the price before starting and I told him ""that seems very expensive"".
Yes, I accepted as I wanted to get it taken care of asap. It seems as if plumbing companies have the psychological advantage in that you have stinky water coming up in your basement (or house) and you want it gone (rather than getting estimates and having to wait). I'll think a bit harder on it before calling 2 Sons again.
Plumbing/Drain companies - become a leader in your profession and offer the tier pricing...more business for you.

Had Joes out to assess why we had no water in our kitchen sink. Andy walks in the house goes to the kitchen wants me to sign an agreement for $250 just to assess the issue. I signed being he said once he figures out the issue he will give me a price and the $250 wont apply, WHOA should have stopped then but I didn't, yes I am older 69, they took advantage of me, $866 dollars later, me buying the faucet , they installed a faucet, reconnect a pipe, installed a drain basket, total of 2 hours of work. DON'T use this company they are con artist. I called and talked to Andy our plumber and he told me $380 and hour was industry standard, maybe in Seattle and King county, but not in Pierce county. Filing a complaint with the better business bureau and the state attorney's office.
