0 star. Had my toilet replaced less than 2 years ago, it's already leaking. They brought the toilet and installed it. Now, they want to charge me $49 to come out and take a look to get estimates to fix it. Where is the commitment to customer care? What else is wrong besides either the manufacturer's product or bad installation work that they won't take responsibility for.

So had an appointment for Saturday.
They won't quote without sending a tech out. Big red flag. First they call end of day. (Whoopsie we can't get there today).
Then they pull the terrible, and all to common "" we have them hostage, jack up the price, and the technician literally says "" do you want me to call my boss and see if we can get you a discount?"" No, i want to pay more, the second day after you stood us up. He actually said a couple hundred bucks, and lo, and behold he called back with a discount in that amount.
Had a different company install same day Sunday for half the price.
Super aggressive about collecting the service fee.

Just had Danny do a furnace maintenance. Super nice guy who showed exactly how to clean the filter (at each change of season), not to use water to do (just a quick vacuum). Danny noticed that the person who installed our furnace didn't connect a two part heating system that would result in a 30% gas/electric saving. He did both the furnace correction and the cleaning maintenance for a reasonable price. He was friendly and professional at each step.

We didn't end up using them, but I wanted to give them a shout-out for being very responsive, helpful, & professional while we were searching for solutions. Will definitely keep them in mind next time we have a plumbing issue.

A long time coming review. Back in 2023, Christmas Eve, our 16 year old heater finally broke down during our family and friends get-together. It was a terrible experience for our entire family and friends. I called 2 Sons Plumbing because I heard so many good things about them from other clients. I read their review, and made the decision to call them. I was pleasantly surprised when they said they can come on Christmas Day to fix our broken heater! Actually, I was so happy, and even happier I was able to tell my wife someone can come right away! Happy wife, and life, on Christmas Day! So they came promptly as they said they would. They remove and installed the new heater quickly, efficiently, and worked right away. The technicians for nice and friendly and kept us in the loop as they continue they're work. They were very respectful. They even upgraded us to the 2-stage type! They cleaned up the area in my garage as well, and was happy with the work! I can't say enough how great the experience was with 2 Sons Plumbing, and that they would come on Christmas Day surpassed my expectation. They're the best!

They did good work but if you need a water heater replaced definitely shop around. They charged over $3400 (plus 3% of you don't want to pay in cash) for a small condo water heater which was well over $1000 per hour for labor. I am not sure if this extortionate pricing extends to their other services but you might want to check that as well.

Very responsive, respectful of house, and just an all around pleasant experience. They returned to me within minutes, and were able to push forward a technician to diagnose the problem as well as possible solutions, one of which I was able to manage myself as a stopgap to the bigger install needed. Competitively priced with other large outfits and very upfront about pricing, they were sure to mention the surcharge on credit cards. Carey was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and professional.

Would absolutely recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs on the Eastside.

They came out quickly, were very nice/professional, and in their original visit they finished all the projects I've been putting off for the last decade. I don't know if the price was decent or not, I didn't call around to get different quotes. He did got to a few different stores to get nicer looking replacement parts which I really appreciate

Overpriced and over promised. Also, not clear on fees (specifically 3% service fee for using a credit card).

The plumber was friendly and nice. However, he never mentioned that there was a 3% service fee for using a credit card. I emailed them about this 3% fee and told them it was never brought to my attention. They responded to me saying someone will get back to me on Monday since I emailed over the weekend. 2Sons never did follow up about the fee.

Also, they overpromised on when they could come out to do the repair. They were supposed to come out on a Thursday afternoon, but cancelled last minute and said they'd show up first thing Friday morning. They did show up on Friday, but not until 11:30am.

Lastly , their rates to fix a common slow drain fix was exorbitant! I wish I had more time to research, compare, and get other quotes. After the repair was done, I found that other companies charged around $100 for a slow drain/pipe. My repair was a little over 4 times that! This is more on me as I should have done more research on getting other quotes, but my wife and I wanted the repair done sooner than later.

Shane Padgett with 2 Sons Plumbing came to my rescue after shoddy electrical work had been done to my kitchen as a result of burst pipes in the apartment above mine. Shane is superb!!! He went above and beyond what he came to do. Not only did he very quickly repair the electrical mishap, he correctly and securely aligned the light fixture to the ceiling. He took extra time to help me identify what switch is for what in my fuse box. Shane is hugely professional, very friendly, and a true Godsend.
