Such great service! I needed a few things done, Will gave me an estimate on Monday, and the job was done on Wednesday. Most grateful to do business with locals! I'm happy happy!

Thursday night the family dog chased a mouse under the house and broke our pipe. We were without water for almost two weeks because we couldn't afford a plumber. Someone came out just to look and give us an estimated price and when he got here, he checked, was under there for about 30 minutes, came out and he had fixed it. He had the parts right there in his van and only asked for $20. You guys are life savers, thank you so much!

We had a high water bill for months and took the city a long time to finally tell us we had a leak. Jon was very reliable, answered the phone respectfully, and knowledgeable on my situation. The leak was in a difficult spot and his team did a good job getting to it safely and not disrupting our water service for an extended time! Will be using them as a reference for anyone else! A lot of other plumbers wouldn't even answer the phone and he did every time even while out in the field!

First of all, they were the first business to ANSWER THE PHONE. Couldn't believe how hard it was to get a plumber on the phone in this town. Jonathan was readily available for an appointment day and time I requested and arrived promptly on time.

They were friendly and got to work right away. It didn't take long to find out I have bigger issues than can be fixed today. They were here about 45 minutes and determined they didn't warrant any cost but they had definitely put in at least an hour worth of labor IMO and I learned important info I didn't know prior. I gave them what I had on hand to cover lunch.

Definitely recommend to anyone else in need of services in our area and I will be using them in the future.

They were very accommodating and were able to fit us into their schedule. They were quick and did a very good job and their price was fair. I would highly recommend.

Our elderly friend hired this company to fix a leak. They took her money, told her it was fixed and the leak never stopped. They were at work on it for less than 30 minutes. The poor lady had to spend more money on a real company to fix it. This company confirmed 2 guys had done nothing but take her money. According to our friend this has happened to other elderly people here in town.

My wife and I had an issue with our shower faucet handle (it had been overtorqued and so while we could shut the water off, you had to sort of feel the spot where it shut off). It's a newer house to us and so we figured we'd have it professionally fixed instead of trying to do it ourselves and making matters worse.

The technician arrived and within a few minutes recommended we replace the cartridge. Not knowing how to get the shower handle off myself, or what type of cartridge to replace it with, we agreed despite the quoted amount which seemed awfully high (~$450). He had the part and got to work.

About 20 minutes into the install he tells us he's done. We go inspect the work and the shower is constantly dripping despite the handle being in the off position. I asked him how he was going to fix a problem that was now made worse by the new cartridge and he recommended that the next fix would be replacing the old valve. He quoted $900+ and said that the job would not include 1) buying a new valve ($100-$300 depending on what you wanted to buy), 2) cutting the wall, or 3) patching the wall.

We told him we were unhappy with the result and not prepared to spend another $900 fixing something made worse by the cartridge replacement. He discounted the cost of the service for that day to $250 and told us if we wanted to schedule the valve replacement to call the office.

I called the office today to complain, having paid another plumber since last week to fix the valve (which they did at a cost significantly below the $900 2 Sons quoted me). The office manager informed me that $250 is their minimum cost for any work performed, regardless of the outcome. He was apologetic for my circumstance but offered nothing else to make it right.

I understand that it would have been difficult if not impossible to know that a replacement cartridge would exacerbate the situation. I take issue with the initial quote for the work and the follow-up quote for the valve replacement, two projects that together should not have run almost $1400. The cartridge the technician installed for $250 went in the trash with the old valve, so in terms of value, I don't feel as though I received any for my $250, regardless of what minimums the company has to collect to remain viable. Their quotes tell me that the profit margins are high, which in my view, should enable them to take a loss on the small number of projects where the issue isn't fixed and in reality is made worse. The fact that they were unwilling to do this is what drives my negative review.

I won't call 2 Sons plumbing again and would recommend that others avoid them as well.

2 Guys Plumbing were engaged to re-plumb our master bath for a complete remodel. They were professional and available as scheduled. All work was performed in a craftsman-like manner. They were very respectful of our home being careful and thorough with demo and cleanup. I enjoyed their engaging personalities. We had four bidders on this project. All bids were close. 2 Guys were low. I would not hesitate to recommend them..................Ray / Theresa

Very pleased with the work performed.
First, I had a plumbing emergency (shower handle broke and we couldn't turn off the shower without turning off the whole house). They squeezed me in to their busy schedule and made it out to rescue us.
We hired them to come back to relocate our whole house water filter system. They listened to what we were trying to accomplish, and did exactly what we wanted.
I will definitely seek their services for any future plumbing needs!
