Rick and Janet launched the company in August 2006. Tony joined the team later that year. Rick and Janet started this venture because they were frustrated with a plumber who overcharged clients. Their vision was to provide excellent service at fair rates and sustain a livelihood. 2 Guys & A Gal Plumbing takes pride in treating clients with respect and fairness.

I have 24 years of plumbing experience that I bring to our team at 2 Guys & A Gal Plumbing. I started in the plumbing industry in 1987 as a bookkeeper and dispatcher at a family-operated plumbing company in Waukegan, IL. I worked there until 2002, when I met my husband Tony and got married.

In 2005, another local plumbing company approached me to assist in managing their operations. I was introduced to this plumber through my earlier employment. After working there for about a year, I and two licensed plumbers opted to leave and create 2 Guys & A Gal Plumbing. My partner Rick Palmer was one of those plumbers. The other plumber left for personal reasons, leading to Tony, my husband, joining us. I have a daughter, Christina, who also works with us. She has given me two wonderful grandsons who bring joy to my life. In my free time, I enjoy
