The business was established by Rick and Janet in August 2006. Tony joined the team later that year. The motivation behind starting the business was their dissatisfaction with a dishonest plumber. Their vision was to provide excellent service at fair rates and sustain a livelihood. We at 2 Guys & A Gal Plumbing are committed to customer care and respect.

With 24 years of plumbing knowledge, I contribute to 2 Guys & A Gal Plumbing. In 1987, I began my career as a bookkeeper and dispatcher at a family-run plumbing business in Waukegan, IL. I remained with that plumbing firm until 2002, when I met and married my husband Tony.

In 2005, I was invited by a different local plumbing firm to help run their business. They had met me during my time at the first company. After almost a year, I, along with two licensed plumbers, chose to depart and start 2 Guys & A Gal Plumbing. My partner Rick Palmer was one of those plumbers. Due to personal reasons, the other plumber did not continue with us, and that’s when Tony, my husband, joined the team. My daughter Christina is part of our team as well.
