Around 8 months ago, I was referred to them through our home warranty. They came out within a couple of days to deal with a leak we had. They dealt with it and all was good. About a week ago, we called them out again because we were concerned we had a recurrence of the leak - and they were ready to send someone out the next day. Because of scheduling on our end, that didn't happen, but they did come out. The issue wasn't a recurrence of the original leak, so the original work they did was still fantastic.

The only thing that keeps them from 5 stars for me is that on the first occasion, when they had to tear out ceiling, they left behind something of a mess - not a huge mess, but enough that it was annoying. This time, there was very little mess.

Terrible! Was referred by my home warranty company and completely blew off our emergency. I cancelled the call through the warranty company and was able to get a professional service to come within an hour! Two weeks later these idiots called to see if I needed a plumber. UH... no Thank YOU!

Bad service. I asked the guy to fix water heater and he left behind no fixed problem. Not professional job.

We were put in touch with them through our home warranty for a shower leak. They came and said it could be a bigger problem with the piping or could be the caulking around the bath faucet. They told my husband to buy the materials and fix the caulking himself. They collected their fee and left without having performed any service.

My husband removed the caulking to find a gap of a 1/4"" between the wall; caulking would not properly fill the gap.

After a week of being unable to use the only shower in our home, we called another plumbing service to fix the problem. 20 minutes after he arrived, he replaced the faucet, caulked, and it was fixed. And it cost less than the initial fee for 2 Brothers to just step foot in our home.

Not impressed with professionals who tell us (not professionals) to do it ourselves.

Home warranty company sent these guys to fix a few small plumbing issues. Our shower had a small leak and when the technician looked at it, he said the valve behind the wall wasn't compatible with the on/off handle and the only way to fix it was to replace the valve and handle which the home warranty won't cover. I had another plumber come out to replace the shower valve and handle. That plumber actually took things apart, whereas 2 Brothers Plumbing did not, and found that it was a faulty cartridge. The entire assembly did not require replacement. The part was only $60. He suggested that 2 Brothers Plumbing probably didn't have the part needed on their truck and didn't feel like going out to get it and come back to replace it. I do not recommend this plumbing company. I had three issues for them to address, one was fixed, the second was poorly done, and the third (aforementioned shower valve) I was lied to about.

My husband and I have used this company twice for our plumbing needs. They call in a timely manner to schedule appointments and show up when they say they will. The plumbers were knowledgeable and understood our plumbing needs. Both times the service was quick and efficient. We would definitely recommend this company and would use them in the future!

We had had our shower repaired a couple of times by 2 different companies but 2 Brothers was the only one that got it right. They were able to schedule us right away, the technician was on time and the price was fair. I currently have another project I need to have done and I have scheduled them for tomorrow.

I used 2 Brothers Plumbing and paid more than all of my other quotes because of the overall positive customer reviews. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. My rating provides one star for snaking my clogged kitchen drain 50 feet and temporarily getting it working on Wednesday. Minus one star for not clearing out the grease that commonly clogs kitchen drains, so it was totally re-clogged by the time I got home the same day. Minus one star for missing appointment on following Tuesday. Minus one star for finally returning 9-days after first visit, pouring in chemical drain cleaner, spilling cleaner and discoloring my stainless steel tub, and leaving house with the drain still clogged. Minus one star for generally poor customer service and communications. I ended up unclogging the drain myself with a bottle of Mr. Plumber left overnight, and about 8 gallons of water brought to boil.

I was very impressed with Jemal and his team. Very friendly , answered questions , efficient and knowledgeable. My home warranty recommend 2 Brothers and after others failed I was glad they did because I was able to meet with 2 outstanding plumbers. Would call again if needed plumbing work in the future.
