HORRIBLE - WORST PLUMBING COMPANY - DO NOT HIRE THEM!

This plumbing company is unprofessional, unreliable and worst, they are not skilled. We had the misfortune to choose this company when remodeling our bathroom and it turned out a nightmare !

Unreliable: Instead of arriving at 7AM, the plumber arrived at 6PM and worked until 4AM the next day, They didn't care that my wife was 8 month pregnant and couldn't rest. After complaining, even the Manager arrived 2 hours late to the appointment.

Unprofessional: They don't know how to manage a project, they put one pipe after the other and don't pay attention to detail. Eg. two pipes were not plumb, leading to having to redo a portion tile job and us having to pay $500 out of pocket

Not skilled: not one plumber was a skilled plumber, they were all trainees or interns and learning the job with our project. One of them talked to me on the side and say ""Hey, I have 27 years experience in concrete, do you want me to redo your driveway?""

I'm skipping a lot more details about this horrible company. My recommendation - do not hire them!

Yesterday I called for an emergency and the guy quickly transferred me to a lady that was nice enough to take over the call. She booked the appoint and I received the text stating the guy would be at my place between 5:15-6:00. I received no phone call or cancellation. Only a guarantee that someone would arrive. If you have a emergency do not call this place!

After experiencing a horrible experience with another plumbing company, it was more than refreshing to have such an amazing experience. We ran into problems (from the previous plumber braking parts and leaving with them) so it took awhile but they were so polite and very communicative throughout the entire process! They were clean and respectful to my home, they asked before doing anything. I would hire them again 100%. Thank you guys for making my experience as easy as possible considering what we had been dealt with. And thank you again for wearing masks, and being very clean!

Zero stars if I could! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! I called First due to an unexpected severe leak and it took them hours to respond. Once here, the ""plumber"" didn't even know how to identify a water shut off valve or to be able to use it. It took three workers to come to the site before my wife had to show them how to find and use it. While the actual site workers were nice, polite, and largely responsive at the scene, the management of the company was the worst I've ever dealt with in almost 70 years! Horribly poor response from the Project Manager/Estimator Andrea!! No estimate of work ever provided prior to performing minimal tasks that ended up as inflated billing amounts sent to me and my insurance company with absolutely no back up. Extravagant, exorbitant, inflated amounts billed for every line item and they even sent a billed amount for over $4,000.00 to ""consult"" (give an estimate) on what they would charge for actually doing the remodel work. This referenced estimate to perform the work, was promised early, repeatedly stated that it was complete and submitted, yet eventually only provided at the very last instant. There were repeated instances of promises made and not kept, In my opinion this company has an incompetent or larcenous character.

Great service, even though the the scheduled date and time had to be improvised due to their work load, they made up for it in professionalism and precision. I had two plumbers and water heater experts to come out and inspect the problem but 1st response gave me a reasonable quote by one of their bosses and a better recommendation of work to be done rather than leaving my home to look like Swiss cheese. I went with my co worker's recommendation of 1st response than the recommended company given by my home warranty that would have left me broke with no options.

AWESOME! There is a new plumber in town! We called Mike Jr. today, he came out a short time later as he promised. Then Mike senior came out too. These guys are really honest, after trouble shooting, and telling me the best thing to do to solve my plumbing problems they didn't charge me a penny! I'm definitely having them back next week to install my new toilet and clean out my main line! Thanks Mike and Jr. I really appreciate your prompt response and honesty!

There is never a good time for plumbing issues...but if a Sunday night/night before a colonoscopy is not the worst timing, I don't know what is. Mike answered my call and heard my frantic worry. He did his best to find someone to come out and eventually came out himself to assist. The price was better than anyone else I called and the knowledge and experience showed. Super grateful for people who still care about their craft and customer service.
