After inspection on our new home turned up several errors, including some that were potential fire hazards, we were referred to 1st Rate by a carpenter friend. Sean visited our home and provided a detailed estimate. During the project, if problems arose that deviated from the estimate, he was very clear in communicating the differences before moving forward. At every turn, Sean let me know if there were ways to cut costs, what the long-term result would be, and which issues we could live with vs. issues we should address immediately. Thanks to Sean's open communication and quality work, I'm confident that we won't be needing another plumber for quite some time. If we do, we know who to call!
