My wife noticed a hot spot on our living room floor adjacent to the garage where the laundry and water heater was located and immediately we turned to google for possible causes. Needless to say the search results where scary doom and gloom of a possible slab leak and costly repair. The next day, I spoke with Ken over the phone and he came later that day to investigate possible causes. He did a thorough check to all the pipes in the house and gave me the good news I could hope for and that my issue was the water heater pressure relief valve and not the dreaded slab leak. Apparently my pressure release valve was faulty and was releasing hot water through the pipes that ran underneath the living room floor hence the hot spot in that floor space. Ken gave me the option to save money and fix it myself by showing me what needs to be done but at that moment I was over elated the problem was not bigger than I had initially thought so I was very happy to pay the man to finish the job. He even went out of his way to change to copper piping since the previous install was not of his liking. Thanks for being honest and you definitely gained a lifetime costumer Ken.!!!

We recently had a slab water leak at home, which was a little stressful to begin with. Our initial hope was to get it all resolved promptly to prevent further water damage, and to have a plumber, we felt comfortable and reliable. Ken made it extremely easy for us. Ken responded out to my house for a slab leak and was incredibly courteous to me and my family and was very knowledgeable of his trade. Diagnosed the problem on Tuesday and I called him late afternoon/early evening he texted me back and said he would come to repair the leak Wednesday morning. We have had two slab leaks in the past 5 hrs. Our house is fairly large, and after a couple people gave us bad information, we found Ken (Thank God). He came, went straight to work, guaranteeing us he will definitely find it. He sure did, and in record speed! So of course leak no. 2 we had no hesitation, Ken came through for us again! Super good! Ken checks all the boxes. He is polite, professional, good for his word, confirms his appointments, and totally trustworthy. In this day and age, customer service is overall poor.
