They were very friendly, able to come out within just a few days, completed the service as planned and provided a quick and simple online payment option. (I am surprised by the number of small businesses that still ask for cash or check.)

I have a couple of restaurants in Austin and I have had a number of companies each year to conduct fire and safety inspections as well as exhaust hood inspections. By far this guys are the best. They are on time, friendly and available to answer questions whenever a need arises. You pay what was quoted not a penny more unlike the previous two companies I had to deal with. It is rare to find organization and individuals with such high level of honesty and integrity.

We are a foster family and received a fire extinguisher free of charge from Steven last year. This month it needed inspected to keep our license current and he dropped off a new inspected fire extinguisher the next day after I texted him! I told Steven that literally everything about foster care is hard...except getting a properly sized and inspected fire extinguisher.

I don't know how they do it but I am soooo glad they do. Do not buy the ones at Home Depot or Walmart they are not the correct ones. Call Steven and tell him what size house you have and he will figure out what size extinguisher and how many you need. So easy!

Great service! Scott came out to do the annual inspection of the sprinkler system backflow preventer, which is now required by the City of Leander. We discovered that the ball valve had frozen and cracked, and he said he'd come back after that was fixed. I made the repairs, and in the meantime, lined up 4 other neighbors that needed the inspection. Scott came back and took care of all 5 of us on the same day. More affordable than the other services I got quotes from, and great service; a nice combo!

Amazingly fast and friendly service! We had a back flow test performed and Scott discovered that our sprinkler system was turned off! He conducted the test, filed it with the city, saved me a ton of headache and paperwork AND helped me take photos so I could go back to the builder to ask WTF with the sprinkler system being shut off!
